I have been going here for years for gas and windshield solution for my cars. I moved away and just came back to the area recently. They are still good my son bought a car broke a month later and they worked with him. Thanks for being there Bowens ?

Dealership seems nice and holds nice events. Gave them a call about a simple question and they hung up on me and seemed rude on the phone. Wouldn't want to know what it's like to deal with in person

Spoke with some man about a part I needed for my truck this man sounded miserable and gave me an attitude sounded like he didn't want to be bothered about this part I needed very unpleasant I will not do business with them ever learn to have better customer service skills

Great car dealership. I went for service to install some parts on my 2015 mustang GT and the process was a good one. They responded to my constant emails and phone calls and service was fast. Overall my visit there was a pleasant one and I highly recommend that if your vehicle needs service don't hesitate to give them a call and visit. Thank you for your great service.

This is a small, family owned Ford dealership in business since 1922. The grandson of the founder runs the business. I recently brought my 2015 Ford there for work that other Ford dealers apparently didn't find profitable enough to do (upgrading a navigation and infotainment system). Bowen's work was perfect. Everything worked exactly as it was supposed to. They left the car clean and tidy, with no mess or ragged edges. The project involved taking the dashboard apart, which had many potential problems and points of failure. Bowen's did it right the first time, and charged a very reasonable price. Being a small family owned business, it's clear the owner cares about the quality of their work. The owner isn't somewhere hundreds of miles away - he's sitting on a stool in the service area right when you walk in. It's clear they're invested in their work, and committed to doing a good job. Even though I live over an hour away, I'll be bringing my car exclusively to Bowen's for all future service and work. It's worth the drive for a place that does reliable, quality, and reasonably priced work (which hasn't been my general experience with most other dealerships).

Has had my car for 3 weeks and nothing has been done to it….. 1-6-22 I towed my kia to Bowens Garage in Eastford CT. Upon towering my vehicle the owner (Steve) disclosed to me that some of his team was out due to Covid. I understood and had no problem with my car sitting for a week due to it being my secondary means of transportation. 1- 17-22 I called the shop to see the status of my car. The owner (Steve) informed me that he went to take a look at it this Saturday that had just passed (1-15-22) and said that he could not find the key to the vehicle any where. Then proceeded to ask me if I had a spare. I told him no. I asked him how come he never checked the car when I came in, and how come it was left unlocked with the keys in it????? He replied saying he’s never had a robbery yet and didn’t feel the need. I was extremely frustrated but just wanted my car to get fixed so I agreed to continue doing business with them. 1-26-22 I got the estimate back via email, (I was not surprised at the price) I noticed there was some old parts that I wanted back and that they be replaced in the new car parts box. (To ensure that they actually did the job,and that they put the correct part in) He emailed me a day later explaining that I could get my car parts back but I would have to pay for them back. When I refused he told me to come pick up my vehicle. Do not come here. They are unprofessional and will waste your time. Steve does not care about his clients property. I will not be returning back to Bowens Garage in Eastford CT.

Worked with Jon to order our bronco. I had switched my bronco reservation to their location after a less than ideal experience at another dealer. He was very knowledgeable on the ordering process which made things a breeze. Also very honest and transparent throughout the whole process and kept us in the loop as our order slowly progressed through supply chain issues. Would purchase from them again!

I have used Bowen's Garage for repairs on my F350, my F150, and service on my Ram 1500. They have always been honest and in most cases the labor cost was less than the other local dealerships. I am looking to purchase a new Ford when there is inventory available and I plan on buying it there and having them service it going forward.
