My last 2 experiences have been less that ok. Had a food pick up and my food was being almost tossed into the buckets I had setup. This is when they made time between conversations to actually complete my transaction. Second time went into the store. While checking out the cashier that was covering self checkout stood 3 feet from me while I checked myself out. While I usually can't careless about this time of attention. The cashiers are just doing their job and are usually looking around. This associate was fixated. But when I needed help even though she was watching like a hawk I had to ask for help and she was less than willing to do it. I told her my training as a cashier was non existent. This is uncomfortable but eye opening. Other Walmart's do watch but they are friendly when interacting with associates or when in need of help. I made sure to thank her for her help and surveillance because I didn't want to get anything wrong. She rolled her eyes and seemed to get upset. I do not believe customers are always right but this is far from ok treatment.

Wow. Grocery pickup was awful today. It's October 19th, and I ordered 2 salmon filets for a total of $36. When I got home and checked the order that they put in my car, I noticed the fish had an expiration date of 10/16. That's ridiculous. Also, some of the substitutions they offered for out of stock items were equally ridiculous. Instead of two 50.5 ounce bottles of ketchup, they tried to substitute two 38 ounce bottles. Instead of a pound of a deli product, they wanted to substitute a half pound. Same price! There were other crazy substitutions offered as well. They need to do a better job at this. Expired food and ripping people off on substitutions is unacceptable

This is a very good place for fruit and vegetables. Pots & Pans (AKA Mud Magnet) and I stopped here recently. He bought 2 fishing poles for grand kids (they were $5.50 more EACH at a competitor further north...for the same poles). He also bought an H2O melon (quiz follows), 4 lbs of peaches, 10 ears of corn, etc. He says the prices are much cheaper than the stores in Astoria where his wife, The Breathtaking Maria, shops. He also said that he had so much fun, and he is willing to shop so TBM can relax at home with the little one. Anyway, good prices and quality for produce.

I went to Walmart today, the first day the governor has ordered all grocery stores to limit the number of customers allowed in at a time. They have everything so well organized with markers on the floor between each 6-foot area so that customers can maintain safety with arrows pointing which direction to go on each aisle and plenty of Walmart employees to help us find where to get in line to check out. it was a lengthy wait because everybody was buying groceries for at least a month (one person had three shopping carts full) so it did take a long time to check out but I was very impressed with the safety precautions and the courtesy and professionalism of the Walmart staff

This store always has such POOR stock of items... Every time I go to buy something, they don't have it and don't restock for days, sometimes an entire week... As a customer I feel like the availability of items in a store should be a priority. Unfortunately for this store, the management sucks.

Very Convenient location, My friend and I brought a variety of cheesecake and cake pops, the employee in the bakery was very helpful and friendly, using self checkout is always the best option when you have a few items and want to check out quickly.

We use the grocery pick up service. You order online and they know when you're coming by your phone signal and have your things ready. If someone told me three years ago I would not only be buying groceries from Walmart but letting them pick them out I would have said they were nuts. This service is great. They select good fruit and good produce. Since we don't find meat there I can't speak to that, but if they are out of something they will actually substitute a larger size of the same brand so you aren't stuck without it and they don't charge extra. I strongly recommend the service and the store.

Poor customer service. I had to pick up in store something that I ordered online. Firstly, the signs are not clearly marked that on right side of the building are pick ups for grocery products. After calling the phone number written on the door and waiting about 10 mins., finally one person came out and told me that I should go on the other side of the store to pick up my order. When I got there, I had to wait again, and the lady that open the door to bring out my order looked totally upset that I was there, interrupting her from whatever she was doing before. I felt like dropping all and just leaving. I will not return there for sure. There are many other places where employees are happy to see you in their store and prices are comparable. Unfortunately lowest price means lowest service, as well.

Went into this store with my daughter as she was picking up something from the customer service booth . A man was having a deep conversation with one of the front end personal . With another register co- worker . Anyway while this was still going on with the complaint this man had .My daughter was called over to one of the other service personal to help her. While my daughter was being helped and mind you I was only waiting for her There we no lines .no one waiting .The older cashier asked polietly to please go use the restroom .The woman who was now walking away from the man with the complaint says" No you can't " " I have to get the lines down " with that she walks over to another " yellow vested lady at a main register and swaps with her..Saying you go handle him . .Leaving the I guess lower on the totem pole customer service cashier .Crossing her legs .She had to use the bathroom !!" Hello!!" Now let me tell you . 1. I'd lock my register 2. I'd walk to the bathroom 3. And come back 4.And then I'd go back to said area and if I was written up .I'd bring it to the Labor board . No one ! No one ! Should have to hold there blatter ect . My daughter even told her to go. What kind of store makes it so your scared to leave to use the restroom!! Wouldn't happen if I was a front end manager . You gotta go you gotta go. I felt bad for this lady . I guess Walmart could careless the almighty dollar comes first .

Today I had an unusual experience that disappointed me greatly. At checkout, Danielle at register 14 was an absolute snot to me. I've only ever had one bad experience at this particular Walmart, and rarely complain about customer service. Long story short she never even said hello, which was fine because I don't think they're trained to hi at the registers here, but standing there In silence made it awkward lol. In anycase. Something went wrong with Walmart pay which isn't her fault, but she sure made me feel like it was mine. When I told her I was just trying to apply my cash back she kind of huffed and puffed, gave me a look and claimed she didn't know what that was. Then when a lead came she says "I don't KNOW what she's talking about something about Walmart pay and cash back, and now SHES saying it's not working." I looked up at her and attempted to smile at her because everyone has an off moment if they're in customer service. She stares blankly back at me and doesn't return the smile, inhales, exhales again and looks at the computer screen. Finally a manager comes over and tells me basically because I've already started the transaction with one card, I can't add in the Walmart pay after the fact. Okay cool. - it's only $5.44 to apply anyways I can wait until next time to do it. So then Danielle say "yeah, so where's your card" I'm thinking she meant the first card I used so I asked her what card and she says "your DEBIT card. You can't use Walmart pay, so you have to put the chip in" I obviously understood this, not too sure why she had to reiterate this to me as though I didn't understand. And again I was only using the cash back I received from my last transaction, I was not paying with the Walmart pay credit card. I don't know. She wasn't very friendly. The other two weren't overly friendly, but they weren't actually rude either. I don't know if I look stuck up or what it is, which I shouldn't. My cart was full of parents choice and great value, with the exception of a $17 fisher price toy and some off brand $3 toy truck, and some chicken leg quarters. Danielle, if you ever read this, have a better day, and don't judge a book by its cover. I'm just a regular person who shops at Walmart like 3 times a week. Don't be in a bad mood. There are much worse things in life than me coming thru your line.

Horrible. Items in app for pickup said available and they are not. Out of stock. Had a payment issue went to customer service and was given wrong information. "If you return this it can't go back on your card. But we can give you the money." Ok I say lets do that. Person said we can't then we be short. I say but you just said we can person said can't return . even though policy right there said yes. Had to speak to a assistant manager who got someone to actually do it. So much work for their own policy. I called and let management know. We'll see if anything is done about incompetent worker. I'm not holding my breath.

This Walmart is pretty good has everything you need for very low prices. I think this is typical haven't had any issues and they are very responsive at the Customer service desk. They are kind and it's a clean and well kept place.
