I've been trying to get in touch with customer service regarding damage that occurred to our office due to a faulty product. We were told they would pay for the damage but then our service representative was suddenly no longer with the company and we were no longer going to be reimbursed for the damage. The damage is from a defective 5 gallon bottle of water we routinely purchase from WB Mason (or a faulty water dispenser, which is also leased from the company) which leaked out in its entirety over the weekend. This soaked into a wall behind the machine and obviously the floor. We had to remove the flooring and replace a small section of the already molding and warped section of the wall. We are a medical office and there is now a hole between my office and another provider's office. The damage is only a couple hundred dollars but someone named Matt told me they "don't have insurance for stuff like that" despite already being told we would be reimbursed for this issue. I had one conversation with him and then he never answered any follow up calls from my staff. I'm a reasonable person, I would accept a credit or even any effort of a compromise. Good customer service is not causing damage, stating you'll pay for it, then stating "we don't have insurance for that", and letting a small business who has been working with the company for years and years foot the bill for their faulty products. It also seems like they're purposely avoiding responding as I've reached out to at least four individuals via phone and email with no response. This has been going on since February with delay after delay and false promises. A multi-million dollar company that doesn't have insurance to cover the damage from their product... What an absolute shameful excuse for customer service.

WB should now mean "Why Buy" here in 2024. After 12+ years of using WB Mason for nearly all of our office supplies, including trash bags and tri-fold towels, we are stumped at why at least 4 out of 5 of our last monthly orders were being dropped off in the wrong part of the building, and all orders had several items missing that we were told were "on the truck" and never delivered. Yes, we talked to our sales rep. Yes, we have had a Customer Service specialist get involved, and there has been no improvement. Maybe it is a regional issue, and other people have had better luck, but my job does not include micromanaging the job other people are paid to do. I would not recommend W.B. Mason.

Unfortunately they have gone downhill in recent years and have decided to no longer use WB Mason for my businesses. Too bad because I like to support local businesses and they used to be great. Soap refills which are expensive no longer fit into the dispenser they sold me (they did for a few years) and I couldn't get a solution after talking to some shmo who didn't follow up. Long story, but there was lack of followup, then when I followed up with my new "rep" I got talked into getting a new type of dispenser and refills (which works fine) while they work on the return but now they won't take the old back because I don't have any notes on my conversations. Moving to a more business friendly provider.

**Dont do business with w.B. Mason *** I belong to a wonderful group on Facebook called Ct coronavirus essential locator group. We share info on where to find things like Lysol . Someone from our group posted that W.B. Mason had plenty of Lysol. When I went to your sight it was out of stock for single cans but had plenty of 12 pack 19 ounce cans. I didn't want to be greedy so I ordered one case for $ 87.00 plus $10.00 shipping. I was guaranteed delivery in two days. Two days later I called and was told my order was on the truck on its way to me. Two hours later I'm told the driver couldn't find my Lysol and that they would send it to me the next day. The next day I called and was told that the driver comes from Massachussets and would be in my area around 2pm at 4 I called and someone else gave me a totally different story. That they never received their shipment and that my Lysol was on back order. It never dispatched so everyone was lying to me. They promised delivery in another two days. I called again two days later they told me it was too early for their Massachussets truck to be in my area. Mind you I saw the truck pass my house I followed the truck asked the guy and the driver said they have deliveries in Connecticut all times of the day. Today Friday over a week since I placed my order i reeves a text stating they are backed up on shipment and I wouldn't be getting my Lysol for another week. I cancelled the order and demanded a refund. They claim I'll get my refund on Tuesday . I do t trust Wb mason I'll be challenging those charges with my credit card

Great place to do buisness and to work. I have worked there for 5 years and they treat their employees fairly. Benefits package is great as well. Its hard work but if you can do it you will be rewarded.

WB Mason is almost always your best overall option for office supplies. At least that is true if you order for a business. They have a large selection to chose from and almost everything can be delivered the next day. There have been instances when we ordered early in the morning and received a delivery the SAME DAY... but I would say that is a rare exception.
