I went in because I thought my very old phone wasn't charging. As it turned out, that wasn't the case. But my pal in their helped me to decide it was really time to upgrade my phone. I'm not one to get a new phone all the time, but with my old phone trade-in, my cost was minimal. And I didn't end up with yet another phone lying around my house. I've gone into the place a couple of times. It's never extremely busy so I don't have to wait too long and I always get excellent service. Loyal Verizon customer.

The store and the people who work there are great. My Wifes long used headphones did not work, they suggested Sudio N2 Pro and she loves them. They also set it up for her phone. They are very courteous and professional.

Three days ago I received an iPhone 15 pro as an upgrade that I ordered thru My Verizon app. Usually when I do this, it takes 15 mins to transfer it all from one iPhone to another. I waited 2 hours while it was stuck in updates, I called apple support, after 2 hours of talking with Apple support, it still wouldn’t transfer. So I gave up. Yesterday I tried again and this time it all went thru and transferred in 15 mins. However it also went into SOS mode and wouldn’t come out. After and hour and a half talking with Verizon, she managed to out both phones in SOS. So today I went into this store to see if they could help or help me return it. George spent over an hour with me, on the phone with Verizon and finally got it all worked out. He was so patient (the lady he was on the phone with at Verizon was clueless). Other customers were coming in and he was attentive to all of us. Thank you so much for fixing my phones!

On September 21, 2023 I went to the Verizon in Enfield to order the iPhone 15 and was ignored by the workers. I was disgusted by the way they treated me and refused to ever go back! The next day I came to this location in East Windsor and it was a complete 180! Dan and Brandon were very friendly and super helpful! Not only did I get a new phone but Dan helped me transfer everything over from my old phone to my new phone smoothly! I highly recommend this location! It's not super crowded so the workers are very attentive! This is my go to Verizon location from now on!

It was a pleasure working with Brandon. I was not looking forward to upgrading my phone and thinking I would be there for hours. The location is so much better than the corporate stores. It was so fast and highly recommend Russell Cellular, East Windsor.

If I could rate this a zero stars I would. This is NOT a corporate store. Staff are rude and not focused on assisting existing Verizon customers. Don't waste your time going here.

I agree with Jaime Lee Johnson! I have been a Verizon customer for30+ years and Dan far exceeds today's norm when it comes to customer service. In a world where quality service is not just hard to find but down right almost extinct, there is still in fact great ethical standards at Verizon E. Windsor. He was so helpful in upgrading the phones for both my husband and I. He transferred all our data from old phones to new phones. He is awesome and could teach others how to provide excellent customer service! Hands down, the best Verizon location in the area. Will always be my home store. I have referred many to him!

simple transaction , brought my 83 year old dad down to pay off his phone and try to get a better plan than $145 per month , he does not use internet or stream lol.the best basic deal they offered for over 55 ppl was $90/month ? you must be high... i pay off dads phone by credit card and am told our printer is not working so I cannot get a receipt for the $436.22 charge I put on my card to pay off dads phone. now I need a copy of the receipt and am told I cannot get a copy. talked to store manager he was awful, acknowl the printer was down but could not provide me with a copy for $436.22 to pay dads phone off..why is it important I get a receipt ? because I went to T-Mobile and signed my dad up for $20/month unlimited talk and text and they will pay off his phone as well as give him a gift cardT-Mobile - HelloVerizon -good bye

My family was treated with respect and hospitality when they were patrons here. Brandon and George were so kind and welcoming. This is my first choice of Verizon shops to visit. A+ Service.
