Last week I went to the Broad Brook Post Office for the first time in months. There was a very efficient and thoughtful young clerk helping me mail my package. She was terrific! Polite, professional and kind in her words and actions. I live in Broad Brook and will have a smile on my face every time I go to the post office... read full comment

this is my second time there, in two years. i think they have a new girl. she's very nice and helpful! the little asian lady was super rude years ago! i'll update this if she's still working there lol

Just visited for the first time today. The young lady postal worker at the counter was super nice. There was no waiting. Being that it's right down the street from work, I'm sure I'll be doing a lot more business here.
