“Great people & Great service,I was politely greeted & asked if I needed any help.. I rented a 26 foot truck for 830am . Called and let them know I was running late. From the second I pulled in and drove off took no longer then 10 minutes . Drop off was super easy fast. I'm a small business owner from out of state doing a friend a favor. “I have used budget on two occasions. Once is 2019 and again July 2022. I would suggest to make a truck reservation ahead of time because trucks are now rented out more frequently for small business users. Although they didnt have many trucks this time around Liz was more than accommodating to my needs during her hectic day. we has super kind and polite. I would definitely recommend just prepare ahead of time.”

“A well-run and honest establishment is our experience. We rented a trailer in October 2022. We had some difficulties due to a hitch job another Uhaul had installed being done improperly but Tim in management at Manchester Uhaul went the extra mile to indeminfy us at the end of the day. We feel Uhaul is a company worth their salt. It took some time but they stood behind their work and we are grateful for this. We will gladly rent from Uhaul again in the future for any moving needs we encounter.”
