Torrco East Windsor. Guy working at the contractors desk was a total a-hole. First, I walked in, and he just starred at me until I greeted him first. Ok, whatever...then, not knowing what the technical name for the part I was looking for, tried to explain to him what I needed. He condescendingly smirked at another customer and said to me, " I have no idea what you're talking about, guy". He couldn't care less to help figure out what i was asking for. Went straight to plimpton and hills and found exactly what i needed, with very friendly service

Counter guy with bald head and goatee was very rude and insulted a S1 contractor who is one of ct finest he has been my contractor for 40 years not good

Our contractor and architect recommended Torrco for fixtures for our new kitchen and bathroom. The showroom is beautifully designed and there were lots of samples to see. We worked with Sarah who quickly understood our taste and steered us in the right direction. She was attentive throughout our long build-out and always very responsive. We received expert advice and high quality products. It was a great experience and one-stop shopping for everything we needed.

Horrible customer service I ask for a standard kitchen faucet decent price and they try to push me to buy a 300$ faucet I'm very discusted that they would try to take advantedge of me like this every product I see there is just so overpriced

If I could give more than five stars I would due to the expert advise I received from design consultant, Sarah Thomas. I was having difficulty figuring out the vanity/fixtures I wanted for my bathroom re-do. She listened and in our first meeting was able to make great suggestions, which now installed I am very pleased with. She is very knowledgeable, patient, and wants you to feel comfortable with the final selection. She even came up with a work around when the granite supplier no longer had the product I had originally picked out in stock. I highly recommend working with Sarah at Torrco and I look forward to working with her again on my next project.

Very high on prices..Shifty owner and rude.You can buy the exact same items for half the cost at Lowes nomatter what they tell you there...trust me.They really put the screws to my nephew who later found out exact same items cost way less at other supply houses.

My wife and dother when to this place for some pluming help and the person behind the desk told them that he was not going to help them and told them they need to look for plumer. I dont think it's the right thing to tell a customer date was 3/31/2021

Last year, we began a really rough, emotional, unexpected renovation in our new-to-us house. I was completely unprepared and had never done a remodel before. I had to really rely on any professional who could help. I am so blessed that Sarah Thomas at Torrco was one of them. My contractor spoke so highly of her, and I can see why she is often recommended.Sarah basically held my hand through the process of building back my laundry room/half bath. In a pandemic. And largely done via email and phone, as I am immunocompromised. She’s like magic!Sarah listens. Sarah considers. Sarah knows her products. And she pulls it all together to make sure her customers have the look they love and the quality they need. I’m so grateful. She did all the design heavy lifting, and yet the space feels like my own. Her guidance is perfection.On a personal note, Sarah is also easy to talk to. She’s patient and validating. What else can I say? She is a gem. Torrco is lucky to have her.Torrco has quality supplies and quality staff. I recommend them highly. And I will absolutely use them again—for time for a planned renovation!:)
