Nice people, but you don’t know there’s a no return policy until you walk out with it on the receipt. And now it’s too late. Maybe there’s a small sign somewhere but it shouldn’t be a blanket policy IMO.

did not get names but the guy with glasses up front and the women with blonde hair were very welcoming and friendly had no issues helping me and the women even helped select some ammo for me while I finished paperwork will definitely purchase from again thank you

Went into this store for the first time to buy some cleaning supplies and a holosun optic for my vp9 today. They could have sold me an optic they had in stock but instead they informed me there’s a new holosun optic that fits my gun without a plate (better fit and they didn’t have it in stock). Their honesty and knowledge gained my loyalty.

Nicest people, very knowledgeable, Definitely will be coming back!!! Came in to get some new iron sights for my Glock and to get it polished, told me all my options put it on for me and had great customer service. This is a great shop had a lot of accessories needs. Great for a beginner and experience veteran!

I have been to TVG a few times, always left with something. The staff is great and they have a little bit of everything on their shelves, a lot of cool guns pass through as well but you gotta be quick on the draw. keep up the great work.

Brought my nephew over after poor experience at local big gun shops. no pressure Dom spent quite some time with the attributes of various products breaking down and going over the basics with a relative newbie. While Chris went over some of their other products with me. These guys and gals are just the best it's top to bottom atmosphere pricing very comfortable setting no pressure and so knowledgeable and great at conveying all this I can say enough

Purchased a firearm from these guys a couple weeks ago. Everyone on staff was super friendly and helpful. Walked me through purchasing some nice accessories for the gun as well. They were very thorough with the paperwork and wouldn't let it go through even with small typos which I appreciate and like that they really care about the small details. They've also been great about answering questions I've had with recent changes to what's allowed in CT. Overall great experience. Won't buy a gun from anywhere else anytime soon!

Hands down most friendliest experience in purchasing a gun attentive and knowledgeable staff. Luke took care of me & gave great advice A1 service and even cleared up any questions I had. All in all great vibe when you walk in vast selection of firearms definitely the place to go if looking for a “other” or any gun at that. Will definitely do business again !!!

Came here as a first time buyer. Dom helped me out. Was an OK experience. He seemed like he was in a rush but he did answer my questions and sold me a gun. If it's your first time purchasing a firearm and you're expecting someone that will take the time to answer all your questions in detail, this may not be your best option. That being said they were courteous and professional. May come back here down the line if I know exactly what I want to purchase beforehand.
