The manager Brandon does not care about his customers. I went in for an upgrade and in order for Brandon and his employee to get the sale he made up a promotion that does not exist. I am now paying an extra 36 dollars. I have been waiting 3 months for him to fix it. He keeps saying his back team is working on it. I call T-mobile and no one from his store has called in. I confronted him on this and he got all defensive and conversation ended. He said he will now not help us and we are on our own. I have been on the phone with T-mobile corporate to fix and I put a complaint in on this store.. reported to better business bureau as well.

Gavin was the only one working tonight and did an amazing job handling myself and the other customer in need. There were a total of two parties in the store, five people total with various needs and he made sure that we were all taken care of-- juggling multiple requests at once and still ensuring that no accounts were mixed up. I definitely applaud him!

Was in on Saturday and they were extremely helpful and nice helping with lost phone situation. Very impressed with customer service and will continue with T-Mobile

I had an outstanding experience with Brandon. I went in for an issue that could not be resolved over the phone with corporate and he not only addressed the issue, but was able to offer a large cost savings on the device and service at the same time. Brandon also took the time to assist me in converting a personal account to a business account, which I had struggled finding sufficient support at another store earlier in the year. He spent a long time with me not only solving the issue I had come into the store for, but also in getting my business account straightened out - saving me money in the process. This is the best experience I have ever had at a T-Mobile store. I have been a customer for seven years. Thank you, Brandon.

I had a wonderful experience with both Myles and Brandon at the East Windsor T-Mobile store. They helped me to smoothly switch over from AT&T. Gave me many bonuses with the new contract, including paying off my phone, Apple TV, Netflix, and waiving some other fees. Switching was very smooth And they did not try to rush me at all. They were very patient and explained everything to me so I felt confident with making the change. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Brandon and Myles really went the extra mile to get my husband and me a great deal with lots of new features for nearly the same price we've been paying.Free phones, too, without adding any extra lines!Overall, a great experience!Thanks!

I have never had a better experience in customer service in any other T-Mobile store!!! The employee Myles was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions in a polite and respectful manner. Myles helped me figure out a line that’s right for me, and he helped me upgrade to a new iPhone and switch over to a T-mobile account. He also helped me pick out a phone case and replaces my screen protector whenever I need it (I break it every other week). I highly recommend this store and honestly, I would recommend asking for Myles if you’re a new customer!!!

Gavin and Niah were amazing! I came into the store with a last minute emergency and they came through big time. No rush at all, great service. This is the only knowledgeable store I will go to. Great employees mean great leadership by the manager.

They sold me a phone last year when it broke, but when i went to get a new one this year they said i couldnt do it cause i wasnt the name on the account. They let me do it a year before but not now. Wasnt charging the account was gonna pay cash, just wanted help swapping sim card.

This was one of the most awful service experience I’ve ever faced. I was an AT&T customer for over a decade and was looking to switch to another carrier for lower prices and deals. The first time I went to the store, the two employees were very welcoming and seemed to know what they were talking about with the promotions and pricing. The second time I went, the employee, Myles, which didn’t help me previously, immediately was stuck up and stated, "I don't mean to state rank, but I know more than the other two you spoke with." Which, is a very bad way to start a conversation with a new customer. Most of the time Myles was talking to me, he was also doing multiple things at the same time, on his phone and was talking to other customers while "helping" me. He didn’t give the newer employee a chance to help me, even though she’s been there for a few months. He stated information that was false, saying that there wasn't going to be a down payment to my phone, but right after running my credit, stated that there is a down payment that I needed to make. I was also trading in my old phone in and while at the store I got an email that about a certain amount getting applied to me, the fair market value. Myles stated that this amount was going to reduce the down payment, and that I would receive it back to my bank account. The next day though, my bank account was charged the full amount of the down payment, plus taxes. The entire time, Myles spoke like he knew every single thing he was saying and talked in such a condescending tone. I spoke with a phone associate later and they stated that the extra trade in amount would get applied to my T-Mobile account and not my bank account. This wasn’t the correct information Myles provided at all. Seemed like he wanted to rush me out of there and not provide me with any details of the process at all. This is a terrible first experience starting with a new carrier and will never again go back to this store.

Best T-mobile location around! Taylor and Myles are very knowledgeable, kind, genuine people. If you want your phone and plans set up right come to this T-mobile. They’ll make sure you are taken care of and understand your plans/phones fully before you leave. Thank you again Taylor and Myles!
