I have used New Englad Carpet two times. Once for putting carpet in a large bonus room and again for wood flooring in my kitchen. They are awesome! Orlando and his sons were profession, and knew their business! The floors look great! I would not hesitate to use them again!!!

As a professional residential & commercial painter in Hartford County, I have observed many flooring projects accomplished by New England Carpet Gallery within my clients homes. I started to refer additional clients New England Carpet Gallery's services after visiting their highly impressive showroom at Sophia's Plaza, in East Windsor. Orlando the owner is a top notch professional, he and his sons work strategically to ensure the projects get done in a considerate and efficient maner. Although I cannot comment on previous reviews here, all my and my clients experiences have been very positive & it was an impressive job at a repeat customer's home that had originally made me aware of New England Carpet Gallery's great work and professionalism & that was back in 2014. I highly recommend them.

I was told that I was lying and told that the reason that my carpet has a stain is because I didn’t clean up right away! What the heck? I told him I cleaned it up ASAP - why on earth would I lie? He also lied to his wife and said I didn’t call him about a stain in the carpet when I talked to him twice! May 28 and June 2nd. I was also told that they just install the carpet and don’t know much about the carpet itself! I told him I had dogs when I bought the carpet and he recommended a product that we purchased for $1600. Then told that we bought a carpet that is not good for releasing stains and only has a 2 year warranty!!!! I am furious and will never support a small business again.

I spent $1600 on carpet and within a couple of weeks got a stain that wouldn't clean up. I called and it was several days before I heard back. Orlando said he didn't know anything about the carpet he sells he just installs it!!!!! Was going to have them do a bunch of tile work - but no way!!!!! Just trying to support a local business!

This is heaven on earth and I can't believe we waited so long to stop in. If you like country and primitive furniture and decorations then you absolutely must stop in. Their prices just can't be beat and the quality and the amount of items they carry is amazing. We used to shop only at that big Country furniture store in Ellington you know who I'm talking about but not anymore because New England Carpet Gallery and Country Gifts has the same quality items at amazing prices and their employees are so helpful, patient and kind. If you need something and cant find it just ask and they go above and beyond to find it for you. Like I said I'm in heaven and this is my absolute new favorite place, can't wait to go back. If you don't stop in your definitely missing out.

Went there to get a quote on carpet but was not acknowledged. The people behind the counter never came out to discuss any carpet samples so took my business elsewhere. Totally rude and will never return!
