“I would not recommend this place. Went in July to “look” at tubs for a WINTER project of our bathroom remodel. Spoke to Dan Carpenter (the definition of a salesman) who told us it would be no problem to delay delivery until we were ready and that we could get everything to match. Against our better judgment we made hasty decisions that day and put down a $1000 deposit-even though we offered to pay in full. By August I had been contacted several times by Dan to schedule delivery. I told him he knew we weren’t ready and were told at the time it could wait. In September he called to tell me it had to be delivered because it was a storage issue. I told him to forget it and to keep the deposit. He then said oh well if you make the full payment then storage won’t be a problem. So I paid in full (which i wanted to do in JULY). Now the end of October he called to force a delivery because they are getting winter water heaters in and they dont have room. IT IS NOT WINTER YET! Your storage issue is not my issue when you told us differently. It went from being told in July delivery can be anytime, to its a payment issue and we can hold if you make full payment. I jumped thru all their hoops and now am forced to take a delivery I am not ready for. Had I thought at the time, I would’ve cancelled all the items except the tub and taken delivery of the tub and they could’ve shoved the rest of the deposit. We will not deal with them again. Not a good experience. We shouldn’t have bought anything until we had a definite date, DESPITE what a salesman promised. Lesson learned.

EDIT/UPDATE
: Sarah took care of our situation beautifully. She contacted me, listened to what happened, offered a refund and explained that full payment is not a condition of holding items. Right now our project is unexpectedly on hold, but she said they could hold the items until we needed them. My husband and I decided to take the refund and have it reprocessed as a new order because we did not want the salesman to get the commission. Sarah offered a goodwill gesture and she worked hard to make the situation right. We decided to still purchase the items because it was not a matter of not wanting them, it was what happened for the entire time. It was not a perfect experience, but Sarah greatly improved it and they do not deserve a 1 star. Thank you for caring about your business and customers.”

“Our contractor and architect recommended Torrco for fixtures for our new kitchen and bathroom. The showroom is beautifully designed and there were lots of samples to see. We worked with Sarah who quickly understood our taste and steered us in the right direction. She was attentive throughout our long build-out and always very responsive. We received expert advice and high quality products. It was a great experience and one-stop shopping for everything we needed.”

“I phoned Mather to ask if they cut Corian because I needed to replace an over-the-oven microwave and thought the Corian back splash had to be trimmed. Tom offered to visit to see the project. I emailed pictures instead. He talked me though how to do mount the support bracket on the Corian and even gave me the name of an installer who had worked for him previously and would be less expensive than his crew, if I needed an installer. When I removed the old microwave and took measurements, I realized I could mount the new microwave in the same space as the old. No need to mount on the Corian. Nevertheless, I applaud Tom's willingness to share helpful advice, knowing he might not be getting the job. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him should the need arise. He's a decent businessman!”

“Really great at responding quickly to you! Very friendly, seem very knowledgeable! We hired Citywide Homes to do some small jobs (and talk about some future big jobs), and they did great work! We'll definitely consider them for our upcoming big projects.”

“As soon as I walked into Schneider’s Flooring America, I knew it’s where I would purchase my stair carpet from. Ambre was amazing, I’m sure she could tell I was super lost, and without being pushy or overly “salesperson” like, she excitedly looked at my pictures and listened to my ideas and ran around the store with me to find the perfect carpet in a good range. I ended up choosing an option she had brought up and a different route than what I imagined and it was perfect! I didn’t get quotes from anywhere else as I didn’t find what I wanted from other stores so I can’t speak to the price point, but the carpet I chose wasn’t a budget breaker and I was good with the pricing based off the service.They communicated during the entire process, estimate was easily done, and Ambre even emailed me to make sure the small details I was asking about were covered and she just went above and beyond. I work in customer service, so I can attest to how great she did. She handled multiple customers without making me feel like a burden.Install went great too, If I remember correctly, Jeff was his name. He also did great, small details were nailed and he got the job done in a timely manner and without damage to the area outside what you’d expect for having carpet installed, touch ups were minimal and I was thankful for that!Overall very happy and will be going back to them for my bedroom carpet later on!”

“If I could give the Kitchen and Floor Store 10 stars I would. Ryan and his team Denise, Dan, Nick and Ziggy did a fantastic job. Delivered the cabinets as promised in 3 weeks. Ryan's design and layout is fabulous. I just love, love, love my new kitchen. If you need a new kitchen run to the Kitchen and Floor store. We went to the national chain stores first and everything about the Kitchen and Floor store was better.”

“Trucker review, not really meant for big trucks but it works. It is gated so no spending the night at the docks. You have to turn around inside the small yard to do your set up …. Or back all the way in. It will be hard to turn around if their company trucks are still in the yard. The people are friendly, restrooms are available inside up in the break room.”

“Frank and Laura were delightful to work with while renovating our kitchen. Somehow Frank found more room in the same amount of space for storage. We are very happy with the layout, design and installation of the cabinets, counter top and trim. The work was done very meticulously by the installation team. We receive many compliments on the gray stained walnut cabinets and highly recommend Advanced Kitchens to all our friends.”

“Recently replaced all interior doors, windows, and trim using Kelly-Fradet. Andy was great to work with and made this a much easier process. He worked directly with my contractor when possible which took much stress off of me. All my questions were answered promptly and courteously. The delivery crew were very nice and careful with unloading materials. Will definitely use KF again.”

“We choice Kitchen Options in Oxford MA To resurface our wood kitchen. We went with white and quartz counter tops. It looks beautiful. They were easy to work with but stay on top of your project because there were a few issues. Our valance above our window was not on the original shipment. Took 6 weeks to have that installed. Keith and Jen did a great job installing and followed up by Bob and Shawn. Very professional and clean. Thanks guys. We love it. Showing it off to everyone.”

“Redone kitchen in last winter. Approached many stores in neighborhoods eventually decided to go with home outlet. Price was one of the factor but that comes with price too. One of the associate helped us designing the cabinets layout and placed order. After 40 days or so got the stuff when installing found that one of the piece is missing . Went to store again then store manager gave me that for free which is great. Luckily it was in stock . Compare to old real wood cabinets new ones are not upto the mark. Trash cabinets were not ordered right , it was missing inside fittings and right door. They refused to give me those for free. I ended up fitting that myself following YouTube as my contractor wasnt available when I got those. After installing after like two months of use one of the door ripped apart from the hinge . Couldn’t fit it again. Went to store again with that door. They said they will speak to supplier fast forward after 8 weeks got the replacement door.”

She knows the products so we'll it was easy to be an informed buyer. Appreciated her tips from what she has at home and what has chipped versus what has lasted. She was very nice and patient. I would go to that store again just to work with her whenever I have questions about what I am buying.”

“I'm super excited to have been able to visit this store. Very clean, organized, and great parking. This store had amazing things for the whole family, from my 11 month old to my husband. The prices are actually reasonable and had great selections. I did find some hour glasses but wish there was a larger collection. That is just my thing, nothing the store did wrong. I just collect them. Lol. Would recommend for anyone to check out. Just a great adventure to even look around and get ideas for your home.”
