Guys did a great job on my brand new truck w a dcu cap by are. Broke a tail light by mistake but agreed to get a new one and put it on so that is fine.

Very Reliable and trustworthy. Great people to deal with. Got a cap and they installed it on my new Jeep Gladiator. Excellent workmanship. Kept me well informed of process. You can rest assured when dealing with them. When I picked it up, they drove it to front entrance for me. When I got in, heat was on as well as heated seat & wheel - Nice Touch!!

I've purchased a couple of caps from Killam over the years. Theirs is an old school shop run in a straightforward manner. Not a lot of shoulder rubbing for customers but they are accomodating and thorough, do a great job and stand behind their work. My 1.5 year old cap has a problem with a part that is out of warrantee. Without any fuss, the lady who seems to be the office manager, worked it out so I would get a covered replacement part. Their installers are super nice guys and know what they are doing.

Great experience, from the first phone call. Shannon, the office manager, is kind, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. The prices at Killam are very fair and the work is excellent. I highly recommend them and I will personally be a long-term customer! Great experience working with them.
