What a fabulous store to shop in. The stock is large, the aisles are wide, and the staff is kind, courteous and knowledgeable, especially the young lady that works there during the day. Kaman's has become my go to store in the area.

The manger is very rude and has no knowledge of the register. The associate with the pink hair is rude and also doesn't have mush knowledge on the register and when asking both for the owners information I was hung up on. I wouldn't recommend anyone going to them as they're rude and has bad customer service. No one there knows what they are doing and the owner is not good at returning calls! When canceling a transaction I was told my money would go back on my card after a week later there's no money and no one has knowledge of where my money went. So they stole my money and expect people to buy there!

These guys and ladies are great. ALWAYS stocked and ALWAYS OPEN full CT alcohol sales hours of operation. The cashier has always been very knowledgeable and helpful with all inquiries we've had.

Good selection, good prices! I just wish they carried more of a variety of craft beers on hand. Although, Denise has been very helpful with her suggestions and also bringing in a few of my favorites from Alvarium (specifically the oatmeal stout), which I appreciate.

I'm here semi frequently & adore almost all of the staff. The brunette in her 30's that just came back from vacation has the worst attitude ever.. unless you're a man or an older woman. I've gone out of my way to be nice on many occasions and it never seems to be enough to impact her interaction with me. I practically went skipping in there today to watch her be very friendly to other patrons and immediately change her tone when she rung me out. Poor customer service/ jealousy isn't very cute.I might suggest some extra customer service training. Customer service doesn't end with the people you genuinely/ or would like to cater to - coming from an overly polite person with over 10-15 years in sales/ customer service.

New owners, nice guys, prices went up, don't always have full stock.With the number of package stores within a 5-minute drive, you'd think that they would be a bit more competitive in pricing.
