“If it wasn’t for Brandon’s help today I would have left T-mobile. Him and Gavin have the best attitudes and they were so helpful. I went into this locations so discouraged. I have been a t mobile customer for 10 years and I was appalled at my phone experience with the company, having had on going issues for two weeks while I was trying to upgrade a phone that was not longer working. As a parent and the GM of a company not having a working phone was a huge problem that they expected me to wait a week to fix….
I called Brandon at the East Windsor location very upset and he told me to come right down and he’d do everything he can to help me. Best experience ever in all my 20 years of having a phone line. “I have been a T-Mobile customer for years, however I recently went into the store (the one located in the buckland mall) there was a long line/wait, and I had a lot to do there, so I assumed when it got to be my turn that the employee may have been a bit rushed with the store being so crowded and all. But she was the opposite! I had to upgrade a few phones and wanted to buy a couple of new gadgets and she took her time, went over each item, looked thru all the deals they were offering to help get me the best one, she helped me figure out what my new bill would be each month, I just can't say enough how kind and patient she was! Thank you Kerstin !!”

I visited today (12/22) during peek holiday hours and the store was well organized and all of the customers were being attended too in an orderly fashion. Even in a holiday rush the employees were top notch and the manager (John I believe) was actively helping his customers and team mates. Best Verizon experience ever.”

“Our family had a wonderful experience today at T-Mobile Enfield CT. We have been Verizon customers for many years and went in today to upgrade our phones. The person helping us at Verizon explained the plans we could go on but give up the over 55 plan if we wished an iPhone 15 - I told him that was age discrimination. We left and went to T-Mobile - I cannot even describe how positive this interaction was. We were there for 3 hours - 2 of us on a new plan and upgrade for our son who has been a T-Mobile - along with watches and iPads put on the plan. Ty, the store manager, was patient and friendly - accommodating our needs and helping us every step of the way. An all our wonderful experience today at T-Mobile Enfield!!!”

“Cox store @54 hazard Ave, Enfield. I recently returned some cable equipment , the young man that helped me was really good! He got me in and out in 2 minutes!. This is after being on the phone with internet service for 50 minutes!. Now that is way to long!. To cancel my cable service . That sucked!.”

E Center St, Manchester“Frontier's fiber system works amazingly so far (6 months), and I didn't have any of the issues that other people seem to have had. My internet has been reliable and has had all the speed I could want and more. I had a question about the first billing cycle and the help line was responsive, quick, pleasant, and helpful. Rick came to do an install and was here at the beginning of the time window, was respectful, and knew his stuff. From other reviews it seems like the DSL system isn't the best, but I would recommend giving the fiber system a shot.”
“I went in because I thought my very old phone wasn't charging. As it turned out, that wasn't the case. But my pal in their helped me to decide it was really time to upgrade my phone. I'm not one to get a new phone all the time, but with my old phone trade-in, my cost was minimal. And I didn't end up with yet another phone lying around my house. I've gone into the place a couple of times. It's never extremely busy so I don't have to wait too long and I always get excellent service. Loyal Verizon customer.”
