My hearing aid wasnt work and Rick Usifer fixed it quickly and at no cost. He’s the best!

Called for a follow up appointment and Rick got me in in just a few days. Very professional and pleasant. The only downside is he’s only available 3 days a week and I fly with a airline so I have sort of a erratic schedule. He did share that the company is trying to get another person to help fill in so that will be great.
