When I came to the supply storage all I had to do was mention that I was the one who called about it, he had the parts pulled within a couple minutes. Spent 5 minutes in the store and was on my way. “Redone kitchen in last winter. Approached many stores in neighborhoods eventually decided to go with home outlet. Price was one of the factor but that comes with price too. One of the associate helped us designing the cabinets layout and placed order. After 40 days or so got the stuff when installing found that one of the piece is missing . Went to store again then store manager gave me that for free which is great. Luckily it was in stock . Compare to old real wood cabinets new ones are not upto the mark. Trash cabinets were not ordered right , it was missing inside fittings and right door. They refused to give me those for free. I ended up fitting that myself following YouTube as my contractor wasnt available when I got those. After installing after like two months of use one of the door ripped apart from the hinge . Couldn’t fit it again. Went to store again with that door. They said they will speak to supplier fast forward after 8 weeks got the replacement door.”

“I would have given a 5 star, however costumer service comes along way in a costumers experience, at any place of business. I was taught growing up to give everyone the benefit of the doubt. I've given many of the self check out staff at Home Depot in Enfield, for over a year "the benefit." I love going to this specific location, because I always find what I need, they have great prices and sales, it's also 5 minutes from my house. However, I will only put my orders for pick up, which I've had a GREAT experience with the staff who bring out my purchased items. The reason to this is because it doesn't matter how great you have your store prices, it just takes a few times of some staff members to be rude, for a costumer to either start shopping at another store, or do what I do, order for pick up. The staff at the self check out need to learn how to treat everyone as equal regarding race. I would be the bigger person and say HAVE A GREAT DAY! as they look up to the ceiling like I wasn't speaking to him/her. As I mentioned before I'm sure it's not all the staff, but the times I've gone in, within the last year I have yet to come across a professional self check out staff member. A year was enough to stop going in, as I was ready to call the staff out regarding there behavior.”

The installers were professional and very good to work with. The counter top installers were unable to get to my home twice due to road work but they handled the rescheduling without a problem. I am very please.”
“Went in because I had a very clogged toilet and had already bought an auger at Lowes that did not work - it was too rigid to twist into the shape of the pipe. One of the employees saw me and suggested I not buy the one in my hand because he'd tried it and it didn't work. He helped me find a different one - Rigid brand ironically - and let me tell you, in less than 30 seconds my toilet was working again! He saved my day!”
