I’m from Mass and was in the area car shopping for my son when I ran something over and my tire pressure was dropping, having a bad back I wasn’t able to change my own tire and brought it to Don’s. They put my spare on for me right away and got me on my way back! Best customer service I have ever had anywhere, much appreciated! Thank you again!!!

My husband and I have been bringing our cars to Don's Auto since we moved to Connecticut 18 years ago. We have found the service technicians to be very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. They have always been spot on diagnosing problems and making the necessary repairs. We highly recommend Don's Auto for your next car service.

Dons Auto is the place to bring your car for repairs. The gentleman that helped me with my car got it diagnosed and fixed the same day which I was so grateful for. They answered all my questions and were patient with me as I asked clarification questions too. I would truly recommend Dons to all my family and friends as well, not just due to their speedy service but they have always been fair in their pricing and don’t try to scam you like other places might.

Brought to a shop prior to them that couldn’t figure out the problem in my front end in my ram 2500 and gave me an alignment that wasn’t right. “Had to take it several times on road test” when I saw that I knew something wasn’t right 2 days later I bring it to Dons Auto Care tell them what’s going on took notes and figured it all out, had truck back same day! Truck is now exactly how I wanted it. Thanks guys great work
