Good company to work with. But they do constantly raise their rates. But so do apartments complexes. It's great for temporary storage, but if you keep it too long it can be a waste of money.

I was optimistic when I received a message back from my review. It's now approaching 72 hours since I sent Cube Storage the information they asked for and yet I've heard NOTHING back from them. Not even "I'm sorry" form letter.

Super happy renting here. Full disclosure, I’m a corporate client - but truthfully they don’t treat any patron differently. I have been a tenant for about 5 years and never had a problem. The manager has always been friendly, professional, flexible, and very outgoing. Recently requested to relocate my dock height unit to make navigating my truck into the space easier and she happily moved me a few doors down. Zero complaints and nothing but positive things to say about this place!

Overwhelming kindness and customer service to me while my life is turned upside down they had made contact with me when a unit became available and the next day i had it the facility is clean but like every good review there is sometimes a little fly in the ointment the door on my unit jammed when i tried to close it but i will make contact today and see if we can resolve it the pricing seems fair and access is simple if you do it right

I've rented here for five years and the staff are extremely flexible, professional, friendly, and helpful. I recently inquired if another identical unit like mine was available (I have a regular and a loading dock height unit) closer to the gate to make maneuvering my truck into the space easier and the manager was more than happy to help. Not only was I relocated, but she managed to help the monthly rental rate as a move would constitute new rental rates. I highly recommend this location. Always service with a smile!

Sneaky prices come out when time to pay. Over priced everything. Not worth it when the competition is everywhere. Cube is taking advantage of people who lost everything or have nothing.
