I got my car here and had a great experience. Mike was very helpful and answered all of my questions. The dealership was very accommodating in letting me take my car for a long test drive to my mechanic, who is located about an hour away from the dealership. They took care of everything with servicing my car before I took it home and all in all it was a pleasant and easy endeavor. Thank you Mike for your great service!

I purchased the car about A month ago my check engine light comes on I bring it to Century auto and truck mechanic.He tells me that it's my vapor canister.Something I need to get through.Emissions is bad and I need to replace the piece So I say to him, there must have been something done to be able to get it through emissions. He tells me no that the piece must have broke within a month's time. I don't know how that's possible. I don't know what I've could have done to break a piece. That's so hard to get to as he explained and that it would take 5 hours for the work to get done. And that's why I was gonna cost me so much so I don't know what I possibly could have done. For that piece to be broken but it doesn't seem realistic .Mind you i've only had the Car For a month he then goes into telling me that it's gonna cost me nine hundred dollars but he'll take a hundred dollars off because I Bought a car from there.The car is a used car.But I was not planning on investing in the car so soon. I bought the car as a single mom to be able to get back and forth to work Is to be able to provide to keep a A thousand dollars on the table not give it away I thought I would be able to make a few 1000 with the car before I had to Almost invest a thousand dollars into a car that I just bought With inflation being so high food being so costly. This was not something that I planned for not only that, I went and called Firestone. And they only are gonna charge me $500 VS the $900 that he was trying to charge me. I'm really sad about the events that occur. Because now I'm concerned about what else is wrong with the car? And how much?Money am I really gonna have to put into it? Considering that I just bought the car. And I already have to put $500 into it. That was not my plan.I'm very, very disappointed. I'm concern would I recommend this place? No I think they're in the business of selling back cars.Just my opinion cause there's noaway that this should be happening so soon.At least that's what I'm opinion with or without being a brand new car.It's not like I bought it off the side of the street

After losing my car to an accident, my online search for the perfect car led me to Century Auto & Truck. I cannot find the words to express what a joy it was to work with Mike (and Joe)!! Professional and personable! I love my 2020 Nissan Rogue Sport and I thank Century Auto & Truck for making it possible...right down to picking me up at the airport so I could drive my new-to-me vehicle home!!!

I went here with an associate of mine, who was looking to purchase a van. Bottom line is, he purchased the van here, which is more than I could say for many other places we had gone to together during his search.Our guts both told us that these guys were standup individuals, and I think one of the biggest things was, no pressure sales tactics. The other thing would be no excessive upper charges…They also answered all his questions satisfactorily.It seems like a great place to look for your next vehicle to purchase, in my opinion.

It was a pleasure working with Joe and his team to purchase my 2013 Equinox. The vehicle was ready on time and it had been cleaned so it looked brand new! If I could leave 6 stars, I would!!! I have been coming to Century for over a year now to get my vehicle serviced, but just last week I decided to test drive a different car that I have had my eye on. I never planned on buying a vehicle but I was blown away with the price and how well it drove. After taking a few days to think about it, I came back on Monday and decided I was gonna buy it. Mike was able to help answer all my questions, and Joe took care of the trade in on my old car and helped me get approved for financing on my new one. The turnaround time was faster than I expected and I can’t say anything but great things about this place! I love my new Jeep! When my daughter is old enough to drive, I know exactly where I’m going to get her a car!!!

Century sales and service are amazing. Joe is honest, smart and has the best sense of humor. I've never laughed so much while spending money!I've brought my family and friends to see Joe and his service department for repairs multiple times. He will tell you what can wait and what needs to be done asap. This is one of the few places left that actually excel at customer care.

Honestly not a bad seeming dealership, and they had a good selection of cars, but my personal experience was aggravating. I had test driven a car I enjoyed and applied for financing on Monday while being ready with more than a 50% downpayment on the vehicle price, I was told the paperwork would not be ready until Wednesday and they would notify me once it was ready due to the their finance worker having Tuesday off. On Wednesday morning I called and they proceeded to tell me the car was sold Tuesday morning even though the paperwork was filed early on Monday.I understand business is business but this truly does seem rude, inconsiderate and a complete waste of my time especially when I was never notified that it was sold and was forced to call them myself to check on the progress of my loan.
