Very unprofessional. Came in for a job interview only treated very rudely by the bald manager for coming early and then changing his mind and telling me that I was late for the interview. He informed me they changed the job description and that I couldn’t work there.

All the staffs were very rude. They came to me at 9:55pm and she said it’s closed. The closing time was 10pm. Her attitude was very demanding for customers to leave right now. I was very uncomfortable. I can’t believe the staff could do this to the customers.
Personally I love Burlington in other places but this is the worst place because of the staff.

I've been coming here for about a year, but in the new year, people are very unhappy, indifferent and look at customers as if they're here for a reason. When I ask questions to help them, they give rude answers. When I buy a product at the cash register, they don't even give me a bag.

I know they're no longer Burlington Coat Factory, but I still expected them to have a large selection of winter coats... they didn't. I was disappointed in that. Other than that, they had a large selection of clothing in many sizes and styles. Their selection of purses was pretty impressive, I ended up getting a new evening bag and a pair of blingy earrings.

It was not a pleasant experience shopping there. The music played there was so annoying and not pleasant. Why play loud pop when seniors are mostly there during the day. The quality of junk and I mean junk is all from China. They used to have a store many years ago that sold beautiful coats that kept you very warm. Now it's all cheap merchandise from China to keep their costs down. I will be in no hurry to go back.

They need to bring back the fitting rooms how you supposed to know something will fit you if there always close I hope corporate see this review and fix this problem bring back are fitting rooms !!!!!!
