I bought a Blue Bell mattress and it started sagging within a month had to spend $150 to send it back got another one it's doing the same thing and it seems like the padding separates and gets mushed out and then you got a huge dip in the bed and hurting my back I would not recommend this company.

I purchased a blue bell mattress from Art Van furniture, It started to sag within 6 months of owning it, I thought if I rotated the mattress it would get better. Art Van ended up going out of business, so I assumed there was nothing I could do. One day going through receipts and cleaning out the file cabinet I found a paper that said I had a TEN YEAR warranty and I had to contact the manufacture. I had "hope" that they would "fix" my problem. I called for about 2 months ( about 2 to 3 weeks apart) to request "THEE WARRANTY PACKET" I was never sent one, I called again and told the lady who answered my frustration with not receiving the warranty packet after several attempts, she said she would send it while we were on the phone, she did. The instructions were for the consumer to measure the indentations and take pictures and send them in, I did that clearly u can see they were 2.5 to 3" inch deep, claim was denied saying they couldnt see the pictures and the requirement was that the indentation had to be at least 1.5 inches. Terrible company!

Worst customer service ever!!!!! Purchased a blue bell mattress from Levin furniture in Greensburgh Pa. Had the mattress for a few months and it started to sag,contacted Levin and they said it was not quite bad enough to replace. 6 months went by and determined that it was defective enough to replace. Levin claimed bankruptcy during that time. They changed their warranty program and I was told that I would have to deal with the manufacturer (blue bell). I started the paperwork for the warranty in February 2021. It is now July 9th and still have not received the replacement mattress after NUMEROUS phone conversations with BlueBell I was told that the mattress was picked up for delivery. I checked with their shipper and was to that the mattress was never picked up. Blue bell told me 10 different times that the mattress was to be picked up that day but never was picked up for delivery. STILL NO MATTRESS

They misrepresent themselves as the original Natura mattress MFG but dont warranty the product from the previous mfg. Beware - very unethical.

They have the best brand name mattrress. Ive been sleeping on blue bell mattrress for 30 plus years.
