“Such a huge thank you to Bill!!! Midway through my commute to work this morning my battery indicator turned on. Battery is only 2 years old, wasn't experiencing typical alternator issues. I came to have Advanced Auto check my battery level, it was slightly low. After talking with Bill for a little while, he realized I had 2 belts and one was completely shredded.Not only did he identify it, he also walked me through how to install it with his help (tight squeeze required smaller hands). So, not only did Bill save me what would have cost me an arm leg to go get a diagnostic done at a shop, but he also gave me peace of mind driving to work tomorow.So shoutout to Bill who bent over backward to help a chick in need!! I got in an accident a week ago, and they fixed my car quickly, explained the whole process to me, kept me updated, and made the process with my rental car and insurance really smooth.
