Whent to go buy a car everything was okay nothing bad I mean. Left a deposit about half of the cars value and had to come back due to bank issues with limit. In the mean time as we were waiting decided to go with a better much cheaper car and called them to get our money returned. They had no issue with it but what we were never told is that they keep 500 dollars for us wanting a refund on our deposit. They say it was posted everywhere but all the signs said was they don’t return deposits. I’m grateful they did what so ever. They should be moremclwar about that the first time we heard about the five hundred dollar return fee was when we called to get it the first time I think they should be specific about things like that. Another reason we decided not o go with the other vehicle is I searched their reviews and there were waaaayyyytoo many negative as opposed to positive ones. So didn’t have a good feeling about it and decided to cancel the transaction altogether.

A-1 Auto Sale is a great place to buy a car. They will do whatever they need to do so you are happy and satisfied with your vehicle purchase. Also A wonderful staff of people who are very nice and helpful. I am absolutely astatic with the BMW I bought from A-1. If you have not checked them out when looking to purchase a vehicle I highly recommend them!

Purchased my sons first vehicle from them in May 2024, by July 2024 we've spent over $1,400 on repairs and things that "were just fixed" or "passed full inspection". Dashboard lights were just simply reset. Both axils, oil leaks (even though we were told the day of pick up it had a fresh oil change and was good to go). Cadillac converter needs replacdd asap etc etc etc. The above issues are only the tip of the iceberg. I'm fully aware we should have had it checked out by a reputable Mechanic; lesson learned. NOT to mention their dealer fee is ridiculous and my "full tank of gas" I was promised, instead it was less than half a tank. These men can't be trusted, their "mechanics" can't be trsuted!! DO NOT purchase a car from their lot. Run!!!

Folks, all I can say is save yourself the aggravation of dealing with this dealership. Too long to explain but the transparency, customer service and Thrift Investment Corp they use for financing, is nothing more than smoke and mirrors. Don't spend a week of playing ping pong with no answers, no follow up, or no desire for them to sell a car. If you have a good credit rating, they will NOT approve you. They are looking for low credit scores and people with credit issue to stick a 13-29% interest charge to on long term financing and additional fees. Too many good transparent dealerships around to get involved with this runaround. They couldn't even answer basic questions of what conveyance fees or a general breakdown of the cost of the car. Almost one week of stringing me along before I got a letter of denial. That's with a Fico 8 Model of 787. I have five days of transcript that are too long to put on here but trust me. I've bought cars for 60 years and have never run across anything quite like this. If I could give A-1 ZERO STARS, I would.. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SHAME on you, A-1 for running a business in the manner you do...

I've been looking for a "REPUTABLE" used car dealership for a LONG time.These guys are absolutely FANTASTIC!I explained to him this was for my son and how important his safety is to me.He treated my son and the car like his own was getting in it.I bought it as is.As is, is exactly what the word says, but they told me if you have any problems, let us know.He even called a few hours after to ask me if my son was happy and made it home safe.There are a lot of used car dealerships around this vicinity. I normally wouldn't use derogatory terms while speaking about another business and how they feed their family, but "TORO MOTORS" down the street is the worst place ever.They are letting people test drive cars with rotted parts on them(struts, shocks, brake system), I have videos to prove it.They are very dangerous and DO NOT care about your family.A1, whole heartedly cares about your family and their safety.Please keep your family safe and use a reputable place like A1. YOU WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE.My daughter will be driving next year. I will NEVER go anywhere else!!Thank you guys for treating my family with such respect. See you soon.

Absolute nightmare dealing with them. Bought my car late March 2024. They Pressure washed my bay to detail my car before pickup. Claimed alternator may go bad due to this. Why they didnt fix it right then and there is beyond me but i trusted they would fix it if it went bad as they claimed. They "fixed" it later on after my car died the first time. Then battery died. Catalytic converter broke. Tires popped. Motor mounts were breaking and melted. My car died today AT amazon flex and lost $100 due to it. Thought we would need a new alternator AGAIN. Went and bought one only to find through the mechanic that the people that worked on the alternator SOLDERED the wires together for a temporary fix.
Last thing I expected from a long time business that should be dealing with pride and honor. The crazy thing is I am not even hard to impress but THIS is unacceptable and people should be very cautious. I pray nobody else becomes a victim.

My spouse and I made the regrettable decision to purchase a 2012 Nissan Rogue from a dealership a few months back. Initially, all seemed well, but within a couple of weeks, our joy turned into dismay as the vehicle exhibited alarming symptoms. During a highway drive, it became alarmingly wobbly, necessitating a trip to a mechanic. To our dismay, the mechanic identified a litany of issues with the car, leaving us aghast that anyone would knowingly sell such a defective vehicle. It is a travesty that unscrupulous individuals would prey on unsuspecting customers by selling them 'lemons' that are destined to become money pits. My earnest advice is to steer clear of such dealerships and their deceptive tactics. Instead, consider purchasing a vehicle from a private seller or explore other options, such as seeking out pre-inspected vehicles that offer a greater degree of assurance. Let our experience serve as a cautionary tale that not everything that appears alluring is truly worth acquiring.
