“I bring my cat here and I think they are great. She's a spicy little one but they are very understanding. You can email them or call them and they will return your call within a day. I've never waited longer than 24 hours to get a response from them (except maybe when they have to outsource testing work). My cat has really bad anxiety and they have been extremely helpful figuring out what medications to put her on. When her meds got a too pricey, they didn't mind sending it to the human pharmacy and helping me fill it there. All in all, very communicative which I really appreciate. My only complaint is that it is hard to get an appointment for day of emergencies. But I get it, they are busy! I think their pricing is pretty fair too. When we had to run a lot of tests, the vet was clear on the prices before we went forth and I felt that was a really nice gesture. Great staff!”

“I can’t say enough good things about this place. The staff is wonderful and they took care of our 3 kitties while we lived in CT. They are always super accommodating and do their best to fit you in for emergencies. They’ve also been so helpful even now that we’ve moved and haven’t established new care yet. Highly recommend!!”

“Dr. Clark is an amazing vet, and her staff is great as well. The facility is clean, the care is exceptional, and her prices are very reasonable. I usually bring my three kids with me as well and they are always accommodating and Dr. Clark tells them fun facts. I’ve been a client since I got my cat in 2018 - and now see Dr. Clark for my goldendoodle as well. I will be a client of Dr. Clark as long as she practices!!!”

“We love the warmth and compassion of this small Clinic. Our cat Pepper is very skiddish and had a kidney infection. The Vet came to our house and was able to catch her and bring her back to the Clinic to perform the necessary surgery. We are so grateful for the care they provided to our lovely cat.”

“Great staff! Attentive, friendly, accomodsting, always remember who I am & more. This is a modern veterinary practice with a small town feeling. They know & greet my dog &/or cats as well as me with smiles/concern appropriate to the situation and make me feel they are happy to see us even if things aren't great. Every time I'm there, I see all the pet patients (and their humans) treated like this. They are knowledgeable abouut the veterinary field. They listen carefully and are often able to guide me . I like that the "front office staff" aren't only receptionists, but knowledgeable about the veterinary field and know what questions to ask to make sure the appropriate time is scheduled & thst the doctor has the best information possible before seeing us. They are great at easing fears, boosting spirits, consoling patient & owner and more.I'm always impressed that when the doctors or technicians walk into the exam room, they give me a quick hello, then immediately focus on whomever I'm bringing in that day. They take the time necessary to be sure they have a good amount of time for observation & hands on time as well as listening carefully to my concerns and the information I give them is respected. The facility is always neat & clean and privacy is respected. I have used Salem Valley Veterinary since they opened, and despite the expected staff changes over time (20 or so years worth) the quality of services is still excellent. I highly recommend them and hope that you will take the time to develop a solid relationship with the staff as it only helps us both to give our precious companions the best life we can.”

“This Petco is very close to the highway and many other businesses located near the mall in Waterford. I ran in to search for some food containers for my step daughter's dog and I was happy to see many options to choose from. This store is very complete and the parking lot is large. While there, I checked out some of their other departments and they have lots to choose from regardless if you have a cat, dog, rabbit, fish, etc...”
