“Darrell was really great he helped me out after a bad time at the place I was supposed to pick up the trailer at. I originally rented from the U-haul in Groton. But we received a text to pick it up at a U-Haul neighborhood dealer at 375 RT 12 Groton CT 06340. Well the owner David was a very arrogant man. Before I said a word he told me to move my car into a space. It wasn’t in the way it was parked like two other MEN parked but because I’m a woman, I had to move!!! The when I went back in he asked me for my license and credit card. I said to him not until you tell me the price. He then said $1,200.00 plus. I said that wasn’t correct. He said are you xxxx xxxxxxxxxx?
I said yes. He said then that is how much you owe. I said no and went back to the U-Haul business where I made the reservation and Darrell said David knows better than that and that the price was $577.00 total for rental insurance and tax. Darrell was excellent and David is a scammer!!!”

They charged me $600 for something that didn't fix it. Tom at NRT changed the fluid. Evidently it had never been done. For $215.36 problem solved.Problem solved. Dealer wanted $2,900 for a transmission.”
