Incrediblebly difficult to obtain an estimate beforehand. Their phone system is a maze and makes it impossible to actually speak to a live person. I'm sure for the purpose of saving money by not hiring customer service agents. But if I can't get an estimate first, the YNH lab across the street is much more accessible and friendlier too

Don’t waste your time here. Had to come on an emergency type basis for work my doctor ordered, as they’re not open on the weekends. The kiosk allowed me and the 2 others there at the time to check in and we were added to the standby screen. I waited 20 minutes at 7:30am on a Saturday before someone came out and said we all had to leave if we didn’t have appointments. She suggested making an appt, however there was not even a spot that offered any future times. When all of us asked why their signs AND the kiosk advertise walk-ins she very rudely argued with us and acted as if we were terrible people for not having an appt while pointing at the door. The fact of the matter was, they didn’t want to work a minute past their shift on a Saturday. Unfortunately for some people like myself, Saturdays are the only time we can do things such as this. And since it was ordered on an emergency type basis, all upcoming appts were booked. So between driving and waiting I wasted 2 hours of my Saturday and got no where. These places are all a joke and should be shut down.

I absolutely hate getting blood work done but I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at Quest. My tech was super nice and accommodating, and I was in and out of there in 10 minutes (including the 5 min I sat there trying to recover afterward). I recommend this location!

Absolutely horrible customer service. They replaced the receptionist with a computer that is useless. We hit the help button numerous times on the kiosk for help with scheduling an appointment. After thirty minutes; we knocked on the door and explained that their system would not let us schedule an appointment and the woman replied with “you need to use the kiosk to schedule it” ….can’t make this stuff up.
