So many price increases over the years. Bills wrong several times where they could never credit my card but would adjust the following month and it would still be wrong. Finally moved out and still billed for the following month. Always met with some excuse of why it wasn’t their fault.
And my point is proven. No phone call or voicemail was made

Not good they should check the storage when renting showed up on the weekend no one in office didn't get the storage they assigned me waited 20 min on the phone at the storage for a code she couldn't find before realizing it was a key lock then go to the next assigned storage and it's jammed shut about 35-40 min in 80.F-90.F with my kids and movers and bing we get a storage on the whole other side ????♂️

This place is a health hazard. On my way to my unit yesterday, there was a pile of fecal matter on the floor with smearings on the wall. I called to notify someone/ left a message and it’s still here. I will be finding a new storage space.

Casey at the rent to space in Niantic was so very helpful with advice on selecting moving supplies and providing storage unit information about the various sizes of storage units available. my aunt has had a storage unit here for several years the storage unit is very clean and the LED light bulb inside the storage unit works great! there is a fence around the property which provides wonderful security the green trees, and the shade is a peaceful atmosphere Starbucks is next door I would highly recommend this rent a space!!

My experience with rent a space was smooth and couldn't have went any smoother. I called to secure a storage unit over the phone and the woman who helped me was so nice and informative. She got me setup and ready to go in no time. When I arrived at the storage site the staff was nice and the gentleman onsite walked me to my unit gave me the run down and I was all set .very pleasant experience I'll definitely recommend and be using again.

I had my unit for 3 years. The location is very convenient- a minute off of I95. My unit was always secure and dry. Casey (at the front desk) is a wonderful and knowledgeable asset to East Lyme Rent-A-Space.

I have rented a storage unit at East Lyme Rent-A-Space for several years. I selected this company primarily for convenience as it is near my home. The onsite manager is professional, courteous and a pleasure to do business with. My storage unit is no longer needed, but if that were to change in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to return to East Lyme Rent-A-Space.
