Horrible horrible pharmacy service! They changed their phone system so it is impossible to talk to a real person. Their "menu" system does not cover every question. The new system whereby you cannot talk to a real person is going to cost them customers.

Tyler and Kelly are always super helpful and a delight in the pharmacy.

Don't go to this CVS if you want your child's pain mediation after tonsillectomy. The pharmacist thinks she knows better than the surgeon. I'll never understand these weirdos that make up rules no one else follows. She shouldn't be a pharmacist. Run.

**WARNING**The Pharmacist is really nasty here. Very judgemental, has an attitude all the time and what ever you do dont let her vaccinate you. Half the shot ended up on the floor and I got a big bruise on my arm. It seems like every time I go here there's a problem.

Best service that I had ever received. A young man, I think his name was Jeremy, helped me find a phone cord and also helped me with my phone. New phone and I was having major issues. He was more than happy to help me. Usually the service isn’t the best, that is if you can find someone. East Lyme CVS

Amazing service at this location; especially the pharmacy staff!! Frontline workers--amazingly knowledgeable, helpful & courteous! CVS should use this store as a 'model' for their company! We'll done CVS!!

I've been a CVS patron for over 20 years, but this is the most disorganized CVS ever. I've had to go without my medication a number of times because they insist the doctor hasn't sent a refill, then they find it. I've received text messages that a prescription is ready, and when I get there it's not. And they never, ever apologize. They act as if it's somehow your fault. They are the absolute worst.

Store is dark, pharmacy counter personal are defensive when attempting to work through problems. It is difficult to compare cosmetics as they are in multiple locations.

Unorganized. 2 drive up windows. One said not in use, after sitting for 15 minutes a car pulled up to 2nd window ( hand written sign that was unreadable unless you were already in wrong line)and was helped. The rest of us had no clue what window was open or closed. But,Very nice staff.
