Just do'n their job...honest & excellent at that. Medical bill popped up, I paid it, and they (Mark, Karen, & Jenna) honored their words, helping remove this from my credit report like it was never there. They're credible in my experience!

I have medical insurance and I have never received bills at my house for any consultations or surgeries. This is identity theft.

I HAVE DEALT WITH THIS AGENCY on several occasions and they were helpful all 3 times.. very polite and on the 15th of the month I did see a positive change on my credit.. patience paid off and it's not their fault I had debt issues.. so thank you for helping me. HAPPY HOLIDAYS

I was receiving a debt collection from this agency when I never owed. It was in regards to a utility bill. I called to have them remove it they did but it had already affected my credit report. They need to update there system and do a better job with collecting on someone who does not owe!

Incredibly unprofessional organization. I received a vague voicemail about an important matter from a Kevin Brahm. I called back and spoke to Kevin who reported a medical debt for which I have never received a bill. Apparently, the endoscopy center and doctor bill separately so I paid the doctor and never got a bill from the endoscopy center so I thought I was all set. I tell Kevin I want to verify with the medical center before paying and he proceeded to yell at me that it is on my credit report. I did actually have the debt and paid the endoscopy center directly but this agency is incredibly unprofessional and no self respecting medical organization should utilize this service

Had a medical bill for under a thousand dollars, I was contacted by Kevin, I made arrangements right away for automatic monthly deductions. Found a derogatory statement on my credit report from this agency for this bill despite making consistent monthly payments.

So... received a collection notice for a bill never received. Called mom's providers for insurance neither companies have received any bills. Called the medical providers neither one has a record of any bill. The collection company stated so what. You owe the money and you have 30 days to pay. That's a nice thing to say to a 70 year old woman fighting cancer

I'm giving a collection agency a 5 star review! I don't often deal with collection agencies, but lost a bill, and that's where things went. Kevin at Atlantic was incredibly nice, helpful, and understanding. Helped me work through this in the best way possible. Thank you!

How hard is it not to mumble when on the phone its supposed to be your job, even after I asked the dates of the so-called bill owed the person Matt got no politer or spoke clearer all he did was become ruder..I guess it takes a big man to be rude on the phone,

Well I read all other reviews and decided to check legitimacy of the due amount. Did some quick research. discovered there was a record of an old bill in the deleted files at the place that was not paid and turned over to collections. SO I can vouch for the following things. 1 very pleasant easy going folks. Not vampires. easily made arrangements to get this off my credit report and get my report back in order by 9/15 of this year.Seems pretty cool to me!

The level 1 agents answering the phone are typical of a collection agency. Marc at the next level, however was fantastic. I had paid off a medical bill and he was possibly the most helpful customer service agent I have ever encountered when I had an issue. The low scores are likely people angry at debt that is their own fault, or a misunderstanding of credit systems and not anger directed at the company.

Out of all the collection agencies I dealt with to get my debt eliminated they were the best. Friendly staff that treated you like a human and even gave a courtesy call at one point to make sure the payment plan was still working for me. I wish all the debt collectors were this friendly.

My experience with ACA was as pleasant as it could get working with a collection agency. I unfortunately fell on some hard times and a couple of my medical bills were sent to collections. Kevin helped me set up a payment plan that didn't take interest or charge me a credit card fee. I thought this was nice as I have had to pay credit card fees just to pay my taxes before! Anyways, after several months, I paid the bill off and Kevin had it taken off my credit and my score went up drastically. All in all, very happy with my experience with ACA. I've dealt with other collection agencies before and they were a complete nightmare. I was surprised to find so many bad reviews on here.

Absolute joke. They’ve now tried to collect the same paid bill from me 4 different times and attached my credit each time. I’ve never received and mail about it from the original creditor or the agency. Seems like a legalized scam at this point. I’m getting a lawyer involved.
