I called on July 30th in the area from Minnesota pulling my fith wheel camper and on the way the AC went out. They were booked out for two weeks but willing to look and it and do what they could depending on what was wrong on the 31st. Within two hours of dropping it off they texted that it was completed and to call. Called and they found nothing wrong but needing to recharge the AC. They also placed a dye so that if I have future problems a leaked will be easy to find! Back in the road and enjoying the sights of the area - we couldn't of had better service!

While on vacation in Niantic, our son’s car needed an AC service before heading back home the next day. A-1 was booked up, but worked the service in anyway. I needed a wheel balance done before returning home as well and they did it the next day.
Moose and his friendly staff treated us like family.
A great experience all around!

We are from Texas and traveling through CT when our battery light came on and our nav system shut down. We went straight to their shop and they had 3 people instantly helping us. In the end the belt had slipped (luckily) but they ran diagnostics on all of it to help us figure that out. So grateful.

Best mechanic services I've seen in a long time. As a tourist in the area with faulty brakes on my car, having to drive back to Canada on the next day, I felt like a perfect target for a painful and expensive experience. Luckily, A1 Auto Center was highly recommended by the rangers of the Rocky Neck state campground. When we arrived there, they lifted the car within 10 minutes, took the wheels off, cleaned everything until we were good to go for the next day’s drive. I couldn't thank the owner and his staff enough for their kindness and professionalism. We made it back safely to Montreal with all the needed information to change the faulty parts.

A-1 provided me exemplary service on my 2017 Mercedes GLE. The service price was much more affordable than other providers and they went a step beyond to remind me of an oil service. They were very pleasant, very prompt and had me in and out same day. I will certainly return and prioritize having service provided by A-1!

Great service. Wasn’t sure what was wrong with my SUV so I dropped it off before work ant 6am and got a text a couple hours later saying it had been gone through and located the issue. A1 had already located the part needed to fix the issue before I got my initial text. It was ready before noon the next day. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
