My spouse and I went into Wells Fargo because he needed a few things notarized. I am an account holder and he was not. Cristina Thomas, the associate banker was super kind about our needs and explained a few different accounts options for us based on our needs. She was extremely patient and kind. In the end, we walked out of there with our paperwork notarized, a new account, and feeling extremely cared for and appreciated as customers. SO grateful for Cristina and the time she dedicated to us.

The lady teller working the window with glasses (upper 30s mid 40s) is miserable to work with. Never a pleasant interaction. Always gives you a problem about something that other bank tellers would help with but not her she will just reject you and tell you she can’t help (knowing very well she can) someone who clearly wants their day to breeze by with minimal customer interaction.

I decided to go to this branch since I was working in the area 7/28/23 a little after 1pm.AS SOON AS I pulled up to the drive up the young lady had this look of disgust on her face while drinking her beverage. I would say it was me but how could it she doesn’t know me right ??I smile say hi. No smile from miss drive up teller. From beginning to end her whole demeanor and interaction was not pleasant at all. Not sure when I will be back in East Haven again however, if I am I will wait to do my banking business where I frequent before I come back to this branch. Forgive me when someone is use to pleasant tellers it’s kind of a shock to experience anything different.No need to be unpleasant ma’am !!!

Why is it taking 3 months for the ATM machine to be fixed!!? And when it finally gets replaced it will probably be down once a week as usual. This branch is the worst.

It seems that they charge fees for things they shouldnt have. Employee in east haven branch was very rude. Just despise that bank. Credit unions are much better. Also...they seem to respond to only good reviews.

Why..why...Why is it SO DIFFICULT to get the A.t.m. aat this BRANCH...FIXED???!¡ How many times have I gone...to the AMT after Banking Drive-thru hours are over.... To see ..NO DEPOSITS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME? or ..no Cash Available for WITHDRAWAL???!! I KNOW I'm not the only... Unsatisfied customer. For me ..working daytime hours at a job Prevents me from...HUMANS AT THE BANK...but come . On?

They have horrible service. Everyone is rude and uptight. Seems like they are always rushing you. All the older people are racist. Sorry to say but I witnessed it way to many times. They need better staffing and learn some manners.
