The branch manager was very friendly and knowledgeable with helping me set up my PPP first draw for both my businesses. Only one time had I gone where the teller was not as attentive or friendly but every other time they were very helpful.

Avoid webster bank. HIGH RATES!!!!! $12 monthly to keep an account open. Advertised as $5!!
