Rob and Jess were the best! I walked in with a few questions and Rob was able to set me up with a new phone, watch and keep my bill the same! They are awesome and I will definitely be recommending everyone to go see them.

I went into the east haven Verizon to switch over to another carrier since I was completely fed up with my bill. Kayla sat down with me and went over every single detail about my bill and helped me figure out what was going on and why it was the way it was. She exceeded my expectations of the customer service she gave me. She sat with me for over an hour and was because of her that I ended up staying with Verizon and even upgrading my phone! She gave me the best experience I’ve ever had with Verizon. I am BEYOND grateful that I went into the store that day because if it wasn’t for her going over every single detail and explaining everything properly, I would have been with a different carrier. Verizon needs more people like her working for them.

If every Verizon experience could match the one I had at East Haven there would a lot more happy Verizon customers in the world. I visited them yesterday because I needed a new phone, I was assisted by Fernando, he is a very attentive and patient person, and he speaks Spanish, he was a great help to me. I will definitely go again and look for it.
