I went into the east haven Verizon to switch over to another carrier since I was completely fed up with my bill. Kayla sat down with me and went over every single detail about my bill and helped me figure out what was going on and why it was the way it was. She exceeded my expectations of the customer service she gave me. She sat with me for over an hour and was because of her that I ended up staying with Verizon and even upgrading my phone! She gave me the best experience I’ve ever had with Verizon. I am BEYOND grateful that I went into the store that day because if it wasn’t for her going over every single detail and explaining everything properly, I would have been with a different carrier. Verizon needs more people like her working for them.

Jessica and Fernando were ABSOLUTELY Wonderful and Knowledgeable! I can in with tears and they fixed, downloaded, and transferred all my info on both the phone and set me up with a new I pad and phone.

If every Verizon experience could match the one I had at East Haven there would a lot more happy Verizon customers in the world. Kayla and Fernando were beyond helpful, patient and completely thorough. Such a pleasant shopping experience. I will make the hour drive again to receive such excellent service.

I visited them yesterday because I needed a new phone, I was assisted by Fernando, he is a very attentive and patient person, and he speaks Spanish, he was a great help to me. I will definitely go again and look for it.

Five. Stars to this location especially to the representative that helped me out Kayla. Kayla was very helpful with my purchases. I got two watches and two brand new iPhone 15 pluses that she helped me get a good promotion on. Kayla has a lot of knowledge in this field and knows what she’s doing and talking about. She also helped my husband with his new phone and helping us lower our bill to as low as we can get it. She truly does care about her customers and the business, because no one has ever treated me with that type of customer service in a while. Thank you Kayla and thank you Verizon East Haven for your help.

If I could give Kayla negative stars I would. She was the worst salesperson I ever dealt with in my life. Not only was she unknowledge of her job and what I was asking but she was extremely rude unprofessional. When I told her I didn't want her to help me anymore she asked, "what my problem was". I explained again to her what I needed and how she wasn't being helpful, Kayla then told me how I had an attitude since I walked in the door, and she proceeded to raise her voice and yell while I was with my 2 toddlers. I have never experienced such horrible customer service in my life. I asked for a number to call her manager and she refused to give me a contact number. I went to another Verizon store after, and they completed everything that I was trying to do with no issues and upsold me on a tablet. Not only did she curse at me in front of my kids, but she lied. I will never recommend this store to anyone.

I went to Verizon in East Haven , what a nice store. I worked with Kayla she was fantastic patiently show me how my new phone worked. I recommend you go there, she is very a friendly and knowledgeable .

Kayla was great. My phone broke right before closing and she helped me get into a new IPhone15 for just a couple of dollars more a month. Very fast and efficient. Great service
