I’m not one to write a bad review but my past experiences have not been the best. My dad and I come here once a week and the old man use to be great! But the past two times I’ve gone in the guy has been down right been mean to not just me but other people as well. I just don’t understand why when every time I’ve gone in I’ve been nothing but nice to him.

While the workers here can be friendly, they can also be downright nasty. As a (ex) regular customer, my advice is to avoid this place and get your tobacco elsewhere. Puff city is right up the street are are 5 times the business Tobacco Xpress will EVER be. My advice to the management here would be to be careful how you talk to people. You have no idea who knows who. As for me? You can bet me and mine will get everyone we know to boycott.I really do hope you open your eyes and see the way you talk to people is disrespectful, condescending, and is a fantastic way to get your customers to go elsewhere.
