We travel for work and we average 65,000 miles a year in driving and around 30 states annually, we like to bargain shop so we go to Marshals, Tj Maxx and Ross around the country looking for name Brand Make-up for my Wife, Sometimes Watches to resell on eBay or high end phone cases things we can turn s profit worth our time but mostly we just Shop for our personal and family needs and by far this was the nicest most well put together, clean organized Tj MAXX I've ever been too ever! AMAZING DOWSNT JUSTIFY HOW AWESOME I'M EXCITED TO GO BACK SOON

customer service needs improvement. I go there often and most of the time they seem upset about their job.

A cashier at this location has a horrible attitude towards customers. She does not listen to management when told to stop arguing with customers. And withing 30 seconds of meeting will feel no shame in calling you names to deter you from a discount on damaged goods. I was polite and asked for 10% off a pair of sneakers that had a black stripe on the back of the fabric. I noticed it as I put them on the register and asked for 10 percent off. She responded with a negative tone and said no. I replied saying other locations have given me a discount on damaged goods and she goes well if you don't like it I can call the manager over and without giving me a chance to respond, did so. I said you didn't need to call the manager over I just needed to think about your answer if I was going to buy them or not because I can go to another T.J Maxx to find them again as I had already bought a pair previously at a different TJ Maxx then she said well since I'm going to be snippy she's calling the manager I was deeply offended by getting called this name as I was not being snippy I just simply asked for a discount and because she didn't want to do it she retaliated Against Me by calling me names and then lied to the manager about my behavior when the manager arrived at the cashier. Through the entire interaction she refused to be quiet and kept yelling behind the manager at me changing her story to fit the narrative Saying i was Going to give her an attitude and that's why she called me snippy but at no point did I get snippy until after I had been called names and treated terribly in front of my son. She is absolutely disrespectful and should not be working in customer service.

Remember to bring your own shopping bags. When I went last weekend, TJ Maxx was sold out. This store is one of the better TJ Maxxes around. I was able to get last minute gifts for my bosses at very reasonable prices

The prices are insanely low. Sometimes I don't even know how it's possible. The variety of items in their beauty section is great. Mario Badescu skincare!! Outstanding that they have this old school, excellent skincare line from NYC. And I always find the sales help to be actually, well, helpful. I really like shopping here.
