Awesome move in experience! Gina the property manager was super helpful and answered all our questions. The apt was very clean and nicely renovated (no need to do a clean yourself) and we are absolutely enjoying our first week here! The wooded area is very quiet and very picturesque. So pretty!

I lived here for 5 years and the manager Paul made my living experience excellent . All questions and issues were resolved fast by him , a real people person ! The complex is great to live at updated and quiet.

I lived in Summit at Mill Ridge, East Haven for two years( 2021-2023), and I had to leave due to work reasons, but I really enjoyed living there. It's a very peaceful and welcoming place, with a great team. From the maintenance staff who always quickly and efficiently resolved any issues I reported, to Paul's management, who was always very kind and cooperative. I particularly wish to extend my sincere appreciation to Marylou for her exceptional care towards me and my family. She exemplifies professionalism and kindness, providing invaluable assistance in every aspect. Thank you, Summit team, I hope to return soon, Recommend 100%.

I have been leaving here for 3 years and I can’t complain at all. Nice and quiet place. Highly maintained areas, pool, gym, etc. if you have kids they will love the complex. A lot of area to run and play. The maintenance staff are the best, always ready to help. The property manager Paul super nice. The neighborhood is very calm and quiet. 100% recommend ?

Summit at mill ridge is a fantastic place to reside management does a great job of keeping the place, clean and in running order. Any complaints or issues I’ve had have been fixed promptly. I want to note that Paul is great and quick to respond to an issues that arise. He’s always available and courteous.

Great community, quiet, and every question and/or inquiry is addressed right away. David has been very helpful with all the apartment requests and goes above and beyond to make sure my household is satisfied. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience with the property manager Paul throughout the tour and our application process, he is very accommodating. No matter how many times we called or e-mailed for updates he always answered. Truly enjoying our stay as part of the Summit at Mill Ridge community.

Paul's enthusiasm and professionalism shone through as he guided me through the apartment via video call, providing detailed information and answering all my questions. Awful experience and lost 100 dollars thanks to poor communication to someone from corporate. Think twice and make sure you confirm with someone NOT from corporate that your unit is available.Me and my partner applied to an apartment on May 29 2023 that showed available on their website. We called Tuesday May 30th and I called over 6 times in two hours and no one picked up. After me and my partner left various messages someone from corporate called us back and let us know to email our ESA letter and that the apartment was still available and applications take a while to go through. Well we got an email that afternoon it was already rented out. I reached out to Mary Lou at the office who corresponded back with us. If you are applying here know that they take forever with email and getting a live person on the phone. I asked 3 times for a refund and was told today application fees are not refundable unless "Were it a situation where we had spoken, and you told me that you were submitting an application and we agreed that I would wait for your application before I showed the apartment to someone else, that would be a different story." Mary also said direct quote from our email " It does happen from time to time, and I do apologize for the apartment getting rented!" Ok so this is an issue that has happened before or occasionally? I appreciate the apology but Eagle Rock properties just seems grossly unprofessional in how they handle potential tenants and 100 dollars in today's economy is not just pocket change.Again this was just my experience and I would hope this helps prevent someone else from going through the same issue.

Paul Desiderio and Marylou are a valuable asset to the Eaglerock community. They are always so helpful and knowledgeable about the properties. They are here and willing to assist with any issues, repairs and maintenance needs. I’m happy that they oversee the up keep of the property they are the best.
