The associates at this pharmacy and store are consistently courteous and professional no matter how busy they are. The store is kept clean and well-organized. Always a pleasure.

Unprofessional is an understatement! Worst pharmacy in existence. Rude, terrible service, closes when it feels like even though it shows open online and posted in store. They do not care. Especially the pharmacist. She should be ashamed of herself and take some etiquette classes. Called multiple times only to get hung up on. Prescriptions are never ready, always have to come back. Disgraceful!!

The store had 5 shopping carts and the four employees each had one. Even when asked them for one, they refused to give it up.Way to serve your customers Rite Aid!!

Unfortunately I had to change my review to 1 star. The pharmacy here has gone to hell. They close weekdays at 6PM and they are closed all weekend. The drive thru is closed so sick people go into the store. They refuse to answer the phone. I had a medication problem at 5PM on a Friday and could not get through to anyone. They don't even put me on hold- they just refuse to answer. I practically have to beg for my prescriptions to be filled. My prescriber will send a new script or I'll request a refill and they will not fill it. I will call and IF I get through to someone I will ask them to fill it. Then I go at the time they said it'd be ready and it isn't filled. Last time I went in person, the line was 15 deep. The employees move with no haste or purpose. On top of all of this, they dispensed my medication INCORRECTLY. They are now messing with my healthcare. Horrible, horrible pharmacy.

This pharmacy never answers the phone neither pharmacy or general store. They never have your meds ready you almost always have to wait or come back. It’s Friday I’m sick and because they don’t answer idk if they even have the medication called in and doctors office is closed on wknds, TERRIBLE

I had to go to this stores web site because once you review at another's I can't seem to go back in. On every bad review supposedly the owner comments and says to call customer service to give more details. To me it's a waist of time. I have called 3-4 times and spoke to different reps each time. They all say their sorry and say what happened to me is not their policy but will refer this up the ladder and promise I'll get a call back in 25-72 hours. You also get different reasons from different reps as to why this happened. I predicted 5 days ago no call will come and it's been 5 days. I have to believe this company does not care about what is happening or talking to customers about it. They should close all the stores and the business to a company that cares about their customers.

This store is a nightmare. They have some rude staff in the pharmacy. One of the staff members hung up on me when I asked if the store was openedLately the pharmacy has been closed frequently. I complained to the pharmacist and they told me they could no longer fill my prescription there. The prescriptions were always out of stock or late. They did me a favor by refusing to fill my medications. The staff at CVS seem very nice so far.Update: No manager has reached out to me despite my request for one to do so.

Pharmacy used be terrific. Now a prescription that was called in at 11am isn't ready by 7pm and the Pharmacy tech doesn't know the difference between Amoxicillin and Augmentin. Yikes!! When asked why the ridiculous time delay keeps occurring the snotty answer is "we've been busy". No apology, no sorry for the inconvenience, basically a "screw you lady, I don't have time for you, your prescription or this phone call." Impertinent and asinine. NO customer service, no inclination toward customer retention or satisfaction. At. All. When I stopped in 3 days ago, the cashier had her fingers in her mouth digging out a piece of food, proceeded to touch my items and ask if I wanted the receipt!!! Staff is rude, pharmacy is unbelievably incompetent.This was my go to pharmacy as CVS is a nightmare with Walgreens not too far behind. Seems Rite Aid is hitching itself to the awful bandwagon too.

I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Besides being closed at the last minute in the middle of the day because of lack of staff the staff they do have are rude. When I spoke to the pharmacy about it I was told I was no longer welcome in the pharmacy. No manager ever called me as requested.

Had a terrible time getting my prescription I needed badly that day. First was told out of stock would come next day then told they needed doctors authorization for the insurance company I called the insurance company who the got involved did not get my script until that evening at another rite aid store very rude and very unhelpful except for one employee who helped me locate the meds at another rite aid that evening before they closed never had such a horrible experience in my life and this was just for an ointment I needed for hives which is very commmon

This is for the Hemingway Avenue store.I had multiple interactions with their cashier Fern. Not only is she rude and never greets the customers but she also makes mistakes and argues about them. Today she charged me twice for vitamines and when I informed her she denied it. She also never took off the store coupon attached to the product.She seems miserable working there so I don't understand why she still does it. Hopefully management addresses her attitude.

Pharmacist is VERY RUDE and lacks patient care. After multiple attempts by me and my doctors office, they were unable to process the authorization. They kept fooling my doctors office by saying they faxed the documents to them multiple times but it was never sent to my doctors office. I was there personally today to resolve this issue as I really needed my medication for an upcoming surgery. My doctors office tried to call them multiple times at 11 am today during their regular hours but nobody picked up the call. The lady who believe is the pharmacist ignored everything about it and told me she is not the computer and it is a technical issue which didn’t make any sense because it’s been several days since I tried to get the medication. When I reached there for fifth time today, she just told me she is not able to talk to my doctors office and was not able to help me with anything. I WILL BE REPORTING THIS PHARMACY TO CONSUMER CARE PROTECTION DUE TO THEIR IGNORANCE, LACK OF PATIENT CARE, AND NOT COOPERATING WITH MY DOCTORS OFFICE.

Nice store local to my house the most best people work there and that's from the front to the pharmacy love everybody that's there but I got to tell you they sell so many prescriptions everyday that they hardly have the prescription you need and when you got to get it and that's not right. So you know I say when somebody sick and they require a prescription that day and they don't have it and you get that tape record and tell him you're out of stuff they're going to order it that's not good people that need the prescriptions needed they should have somebody on inventory better stocking them up that's all I got to say but the people are wonderful
