Applied for a mortgage a while ago had to show a lot of paperwork to where my money was coming from had to go back and forth about 10 times to the bank to have statements shown stamped and signed the tellers and bank manager were always very friendly helpful I never would have been able to go through it without their help I would recommend this bank to everyone

Do NOT open an account with them. They will lie about an incentive they were given when I opened the account. Trying to get this resolved is impossible. Terrible customer service.

Do not go there , they were really rude with you.I always cash out my cousin’s check.There was an old lady helping me and I think she was the manager, well she gave me an attitude.That’s not how customer service works.Thanks!!!! My experience was awful

If you want a bank With customer service and actual people you can count on them this is not the bank for you. Find someplace else. Even if you dig a hole in your yard to bury your money. Bad bank

Used to be awesome but going downhill. It always seems like I have an issue when I go there. One teller refused to cash a rent check from my tenant because the signature was slightly above the line on the check. He had been signing that way and they have been catching them for 12 years.

Can I say stupid??? The Manager and four tellers could not figure out how to deposit a check?? The check was made out to me and my mortgage company signed by both of us!! The stupid manager tells me I know what I'm doing!! Well if you know what you are doing you would not have to call for help!! Time for a new bank! Stupid and rude equals new bank for me! Anyone can do your silly job tellers!! ���

Incompetent workers who don't pay attention! They always put my deposits in the wrong account! Everyone is rude and never seem like they want to help. I dread having to come to this branch.

bank here with caution. i closed my account last month, but they kept it open, unknown to me, and continued to charge service charges. I only found this out when i received a statement from them this month. I have made several phone calls, and with each one they've said they're reversing charges and properly closing the account, but this has still not happened. Supposedly after my last call they're taking care of it now, i will be skeptical until they confirm they have properly closed it. Prior to closing my account, i never received the checks that were supposed to be sent for my checking account. They also charge for their debit card. This is not a trustworthy bank.
