I visited Nero's for the first time today, hoping they could diagnose and fix a mystery leak in my Subaru that was causing an accumulation of water on the floor of the cabin. I had steeled myself for a lengthy and possibly painfully expensive procedure. To my amazement, they knew immediately what was causing the problem and were able to fix it quite quickly while I waited. Not only that, they very generously did not charge me for the work. I felt very blessed not only to have the problem resolved, but also to experience the kindness and humanity of this small business. Thank you, Nero's! I need a new set of tires, and I will definitely be coming to you!

Joe did a great job repairing my car and gave me timely updates with the $ and completion date. Donna was super helpful guiding me with insurance and Joe accepted payment from them directly. I dropped the rental car there and they checked it in for me. Super service, and I am confident my car is completely repaired. It looks great and the paint job is perfect! The owner is a very nice guy and very reasonable. They exceeded my expectations. They did body work on my front end of the car, did a nice paint job & even cleaned the entire inside of my car as well, which I was pleasantly surprised about, as I was planning to take it myself to be cleaned after I picked the car up. My car was beat up, dirty & dingy looking when I took it in & I picked it up feeling brand new. Would definitely recommend & will use again for any future needs.Services: Body & Trim

I believe that it's rare for a mechanic to tell you that you don't need to fix something or that you don't need to have an expensive fix. Joe Nero tells it, and has earned my respect for it. Highly recommended, especially if you get contradictory information from other mechanics or have little knowledge about cars and are worried about getting fooled.

First off, I don't normally write reviews for anything, unless it absolutely called for.. with that said, I just wanted to say a few things about Nero's Auto Body. By far the best experience I've ever had with dealing with a local family owned business. They absolutely treat you like family, which is something I noticed right from the start. Honest, straightforward people, who know how to get a job done right and on time. I'm glad I chose Nero's.
