690 Foxon Rd, East Haven“My daughter and I had to go into the store multiple times last week, the first time we went in we were greeted by Cameron. It was 7:40 at night and the store closed in 20 minutes. Her phone was not working and we were in desperate need to get this fixed. Cameron went above and beyond and even stayed well passed the stores closing time of 8:00 to help us. Unfortunately there was nothing more he was able to do at the store, so we called AT&T and it was a temporary fix. Fast forward to a few days later and it was broken yet again, had AT&T on the phone and went back to the store where Cameron helped us trouble shoot. Long story short, the phone was replaced by apple…but if not for Cameron being an amazing Customer Service rep and helping us every step of the way, honestly we might not have been AT&T customers anymore. The help on the phone by the other AT&T techs etc, was less than subpar and very frustrating. So A+ to Cameron at the East Haven Foxon Rd location and Thank you ?”

891 W Main St, Branford“I went into Hamden looking for help with my email and a new screen protector. The gentleman in there was very dismissive and didn't even attempt to help me. The next day I went into the Branford store and was lucky that Alex was working. He went above and beyond to help me. He was very patient while trying to work through my email problem and managed to get it resolved. He even found me a screen protector for an older model phone. Verizon should be proud of employees like him. Thank you Alex!”

I asked if it was to late for the repair the gentleman said you get here I fix it in 20 minutes. I arrived at 7:00 pm and true to his word by 7:20 pm I had my son’s iPhone in hand with a new screen. This is my go to cell store AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE ????Thank you”
“Firstly, both of the salespersons were great. We were welcomed and informed of how long the wait would take, which allowed us to know that we were seen. They were very pleasant; Mehkai, was the person that addressed our needs, but between them both, we really did not mind whom we received because they both had a professional warmth! Mehkai was thorough, patient regarding all our questionings, and informative. When we entered the store I observed the interaction both reps had with other customers and found that we experienced the same exact treatment with different circumstances; I felt like we were all that mattered at that time... not just for a sale, although important, but because we were there, and you can see and feel that they enjoy what they do. Hubby and I both felt this ... I can't explain better than that. Thank you for hiring these individuals!”

Boost was giving us trouble releasing our numbers there were 4 of us and Anais took her time, was very patient, and pleasant. Her and her co-worker made us feel extremely comfortable and not rushed mind you we showed up close to closing. They took great care of us and I will recommend the branford ct location to all my family members. Thanks again for such a great experience!”

“The girl at the front desk on Church St was seriously rude and disrespectful, cutting me off mid-sentence. Wanted to add a new line, and she was gonna hit me with about a $95 charge! But then I swung by Grand Ave and met Edwin, who was an absolute legend in his assistance. Patient, helpful, and he even waived the activation fee. Ended up grabbing a screen protector too, but still spent less than 50 bucks in total. Big shoutout to Edwin for his outstanding assistance! If I could give more than 5 stars ⭐️ to Edwin and his wonderful assistance, I would.”

“We got off to a rocky start trying to migrate 3 lines from a competitor. Most of the problem originated with the mother-ship on the 800-number and continued when we visited this location. They eventually helped us figure it all out and I wanted to than Dariel the store manager. I rated "4" based on the whole experience and I blame the folks at the 800-number for over-promising and lacking on the follow-through. This store is likely a "5" if you were to go in start with them. Thanks Dariel for taking the time.”
