Being able to do the whole process online and move our stuff in same day was a game changer!! We are in the middle of moving into our new home so not having all the extra stuff we don't need right away taking up space has been a huge help!

Very chaotic when trying to get to the unit after renting a unit speaking to someone. Once I got the unit, I found other people's items still in the unit. Very hard to get someone to speak to about it, afterwards. I was unable to use my rented out unit for 5+ days. They prorated some of the costs to mitigate, to make up for my lost time. Essentially, they probably should have done more. Seeing it delayed my movers from doing their job by 6 days. Since then, I haven't had an issue. Time will tell.

This company is AWFUL! I would never recommend anyone to come here. I was billed repeatedly for months that were paid in full already, and I had to call over 7 times to speak with the manager in East Haven to try to get this resolved. This is completely unacceptable. My husband and I had been customers for years, but when "Storage Sense" took over and changed management there, it was like a circus trying to get them to understand that I had a zero balance. They told me that "I wasn't the only one this was happening to," and that "It was their system because of the merger." I don't want to hear the excuses as a customer, just fix it and do what's right. I'm over the back and forth like it's a game. You couldn't even give me a free storage unit to use at this point there; they're even still billing me when I paid 100% of what I owed! I want nothing to do with them, and I suggest that everyone avoid the headache and go to Uhaul or somewhere else up the street. Again, this place is terrible.

Kelly’s All Purpose storage is the BEST and most professional experience I have ever had with a self storage location. They always go above and beyond to accommodate me and treat me like actual Family. Especially Kelly! She actually takes time to touch base with me and make sure everything is good with the unit. They take great care of the property and it is locked and monitored 24hrs. Everyone has an access code to enter so it’s very safe!
