I had the unfortunate experience of cracking my windshield twice in less than a month However the experience I have had at safelite of east haven has been nothing but positive and both repairs were fully covered! Setting up appointments with safelite is super quick and super easy (both appointments were next day repairs)The technician Angelo is highly professional and i would recommend him to everybody.

I was booked at Safelite AutoGlass via my insurance company (as it was the closest place that could also do the recalibration of my front-facing camera). When I looked up the place after confirming my appointment I was a little weary because of the reviews on Google.

Had some warranty work done on my car here. The shop was total class and professionalism from start to finish. Easy, fast appointments. Work completed quickly and the technicians will point and explain any issues they find. If you need Auto Glass work done, I highly recommend this shop. Can't comment on price, as my windshield work was covered under warranty.

With minimal car experience, I quickly panicked when I noticed a crack in my windshield. This situation was the last thing I needed right now! After quickly getting acquainted with my options, we homed in on JN, who quoted us $255 for glass replacement done at our home. (This was the best quote we got after calling 3 local spots with a similar service.) We were easily able to schedule an appointment. Luis was only a teeny bit late, but he worked really efficiently. After 45 minutes, I had a brand new windshield. He even removed the decals from my old windshield and put on the new one. I'm thankful for this service!

I have never felt so compelled to post a poorly review as I do today. I highly encourage anyone considering using JN Phillips at all to look for another auto glass company. Heck, any company. This place is not worth your time. I spoke to (7) different associates over the course of (1) day to fix my (1) windshield. No one seemed to know what was going on. Associate #1 never called me back after promising to call me back with a new appointment time. Associate #2 magically found an appointment slot that Associate #1 said was unavailable. When no one showed, I called again and again, each time getting someone new at the "call center". By the 7th person, I found out I was ACCIDENTALLY scheduled by the 2nd person, in error, and also that that appointment was ACCIDENTALLY confirmed by the 3rd person. Associate #7 also admitted that "this happens all the time. The call center always overbooks the stores." When I asked to speak to a manager, I got sent to a billing voicemail. Safe to say, I waited around all day for the non-existent technician and, nope, still don't have a new windshield. This is the most disastrous, embarrassing system of a company I have ever tried to do business with in my life. They promise but cannot deliver. Don't wait around for them.
