Called with an urgent tax matter, was assured I would get a call back same day. No call back as of 8:30pm, called in again to speak to someone, no one picked up (office is listed as open until 9pm) and got a ridiculous automated message service that let me record about 7 seconds of a message before cutting me off. Doesn’t seem like they take urgent requests or customer assurances seriously.

The down town East Haven location did a good job. However, the 684 Foxon location could not handle my two state tax situation or didn't have time.
