Had so much trouble actually buying a vehicle from this dealership. Had to come back multiple times, redo checks multiple times, wasted so much time and energy, and they always found an issue. Honestly it feels like they didn’t even want to sell the vehicle! I’ve never had such an awful car buying experience! It is very unfortunate!!

Bad experience like never before.
The guy was “upset” because I have left the premises. I told him I’ll wait but due to an emergency with my family, I left the building and when they call me on the phone I told them that I had been gone but I’ll get my truck in two hours. Which I did was he told me that next time I have to let him know in a very rude manner.
Plus your soda machine is hack because after I was using my cc to buy a soda next day I received a phone call from my cc fraud department telling me that someone was trying to use my cc online.
I call the customer service in and the lady told me that they have nothing to do and that I have to calll the “vendor of the soda machine” she provided me with the number but they told me that there is nothing they can do but to speak to the dealership.

let's start with the service writers they are a plus to mcdermott chev. also to chev.the service manger goes along with the writers came up to me and we had a nice talk the parts department jim bob and tom would be the best i ever seen in a parts department
