I went there to get some medication for a bad cough and it was 90 degrees inside. No air conditioner? What about the employees? Patients? I was craving chocolate and all the chocolate was melted. The two young men employees at the front were great but the work conditions are bad.

My insurance company try to call them to get one of my prescription to be filled and all they keep getting was leave a voice mail. The techs or pharmacist should answer the phone!!!

I have had several cashiers and pharmacist’s at this store that are very friendly and helpful. I don’t even mind having to walk more ( there is no drive through) to get my medications because of these very pleasant people.

I saved a lot of money with my extra care coupons. There is a new pharmacist. He is friendly and helpful. I think this change will make the pharmacy a customer focused store. You can speak to him and he is always friendly. It is rubbing off on the team because I have noticed the change. Thank u!

this is the worst pharmacy in the history of pharmacies. every time i go to fill a prescription i’m waiting in a line for 45 mins for something that i asked to be filled hours prior to arriving.. Have a question? don’t bother calling they don’t even answer the phone. this place is an embarrassment and is severely understaffed for the amount of customers they have. i’ve never had this bad of an experience with ANY other pharmacy yet i seem to have a bad experience every time i have to refill medications.. you’d think they would of made some changes by now but they just do not care about the customers

I went into the store around 8:15pm. I looked around and didn't see anyone anywhere. Not one store associate was anywhere near the front. I went to look for my item. It was difficult finding it as II expected it to be in another area. I found it and headed up to the cashier. Upon arrival, there was no one there and I was forced to use the self checkout if I wanted my item. Took me a minute to figure out how to use it but I got it done. There should be at least one person in the front at all times. Not only is this a ready for a theft waiting to happen but it's also a scary place for woman to shop alone. Probably won't shop here at night again.

They never pick up the phone when you are calling for your prescriptions. They make you wait almost 30 minutes or more before anyone answers the damn phone!

The people in the pharmacy are just awful, they are rude and make you wait ridiculously long to fill scripts, every other month there’s a problem with their system and they mark some scripts as filled when they weren’t, and then they blame my Drs office…..this place sucks, I’m taking my business elsewhere.

CVS pharmacy had me on hold for over 26 minutes and never picked the phone backup. I held on this long to write the time in my review. I will be transferring my prescription. I can see they are working but something in that area is not running effectively. New management should come in to change the way its run.

Renewed 3 prescriptions 2 days ago. Added a 4th four hours ago today for a sinus infection. Just came to pharmacy to get them. Nothing ready at all. Was told by kid behind the counter they are a week behind!!!! That nuts. Some scripts you can't renew until you're down to 3 days worth.This pharmacy has gotten worse and worse in last 6 months. Usually a line 10 deep. Story is dirty too.Time to take my business elsewhere. I'll be going to Rite Aid.

Worst CVS I've ever encountered. There's no drive thru so I don't understand why my prescriptions will take all day to be filled. The black woman that answers calls and questions is so unbelievably rude. I've told my boyfriend about her in the past and one day he had to pick up my prescriptions and encountered her as well. There is also numerous complaints about this woman but somehow she's still employed here. They also store their benzos and opiates in full site of customers and as a recovering addict this triggers me every time I visit. I asked one of the pharmacists if they could store them somewhere else and they flat out said "no". I don't recommend this pharmacy to even my worst enemy.
