I bought a car here 7/5/24 and they never registered my car- I got pulled over at 1am for the license plate not bringing back anything in the CT police database resulting in me getting a ticket and not being able to drive it. go literally anywhere else to buy a car. Trying to get in touch with anyone is a nightmare

I absolutely love carmax. Gassama is the BEST! I’ve been going to him for years. I purchased four vehicles with him, Nissan, Honda, BMX, and Tesla. Gass is extremely informative, he listens to you, patient, and his customer service is elite. Go see Gassama, you won’t be disappointed! I love that carmax is no haggle!

Glinder was so nice, so efficient, and made the experience so excellent. Left with a 2021 volvo and couldn't be happier. I plan on selling my oldie to them too. Thank you Glinder!!!

Just an outstanding experience from start to finish. I first was able to easily complete an assessment of the value of my car online. In order to verify I went to Carmax without an appointment and they got me in right away and complete the assessment in a timely manner. They verified the online appraisal and provided a letter that said appraisal was good for 7 days. After I found a new car to purchase, I went back to Carmax and completed the sale to them in less than half an hour. Carmax is incredibly professional and efficient. They gave me an incredible offer for my vehicle and made the whole process so easy. Would definitely utilized them again in the future. I would buy a used car from them as well if that is what I was in the market for as I took a look around their lot and was impressed by the vehicles they had in stock.

I previous bought 3 cars from here. The other day i was coming back and they called me said i got banned from buying and selling service. It makes no sense. All carmax cars are really bad anyways. Prices really high. Also, 1st car, I have an issue with allignment and i came back and they said they cant fix it. 2nd car, spark plugs was old and they told me that’s new, they also didnt change any air filter or oil change, literally doing nothing on any services on the car. They didnt do any car wash for my 3rd car and cant do what i requested. Very unprofessional!!! Of course wont recommend to anybody in the future.

I came to CarMax on a shopping only visit. Little did I know that I'd be leaving with a new car! The entire experience of no pressure, full transparency, followed up by an incredible sales experience made me a fan for life. I've told two other people to go to CarMax over the last two weeks since I made my purchase. My son loves the car, so that's the real bonus.

Would not recommend I received an appraisal offer 34,000 6/6. When I received the appraisal I didn’t have a ride home, I waited till husband had a day off. Went today with husband and was told by their staff that we needed a new appraisal, they also needed to call Toyota. So on 6/14 the appraisal now is 32,000 lol the excuse they said was we went on CarMax toooo many times. Not true we only did the one time appraisal on 6/6. Their own staff advised us we needed to do a new one.

You can’t find a more stress free car buying experience! They go out of their way to make sure you know exactly what’s happening and that you’re ok with it. I will not go back to any car dealers to buy a car, Only through CarMax. Extremely satisfied!!
