If it’s service after the sale that’s important to you then Jason is your man. If it’s service even if you didn’t buy a van from him, then also count on Jason to go out of his way to satisfy your needs. Here’s my story: We bought a BraunAbility Van from a private party without being given a detailed tutorial of its critical functions. After getting it home I was concerned about the safety of my wife and my ability to drive it with confidence. I called Jason at Advanced Wheels to set up an appointment to bring it in, but instead he offered to visit me at my home which is close by his office. He went over everything in detail and simple terms that even I could understand and we easily got my wife in her wheelchair into the passenger side. All the safety belts and restraints were then attached and we were ready to safely take our first spin. My level of assurance couldn’t be higher after experiencing his in depth knowledge, professionalism and patience in dealing with my wife and I - who were terribly anxious about navigating the BraunAbility features of our new van. After saying I wished I bought a vehicle from him, he said it was his pleasure to help us regardless. It’s definite that Advanced Wheels will always service our van and anytime I have an opportunity to recommend him and his company I will. It’s the least I can do for an all around nice guy, who went above and beyond to help a couple intimidated by the complexity of a vehicle they needed to begin enjoying their lives once again.

Jason is amazing! He researched my SUV and found that it isn't able to support a scooter lift. That said, he spent a fair amount of time letting me know about other resources! He's very easy to speak with and incredibly kind. Please give him your business!

5 stars for these guys!! My daughter is wheelchair bound and her high school prom was coming up. So being the cool mom that I am, i was on the search for a limo or party bus so she could ride in style. It was important for me to be able to transport her power wheelchair so she didnt need someone to push her around the whole night. To my disappointment, none of the companies I contacted had something that could transport her power wheelchair.
I stopped into Wheels and they saved the day. They hooked us up with a fancy Chrysler Pacifica for the night. Their enthusiasm to help and kind and caring customer service skills made this experience even better.
Price to rent the van for the night was 100 times more affordable than a limousine service too.
My daughter had a great time at her prom and was able to move around on her own thanks to Wheels.
Thanks so much. You guys rock.

Our interaction with Advanced Wheels was stellar! Like many, we've been thrown into the world of accessibility without much guidance on options and equipment needed. Jason helped us untangle our unique situation and spent his time covering many aspects of long-term care and how best to approach challenges. He and the team were the most knowledgeable subject matter experts we've found after a wide range of experiences prior. I highly encourage speaking to the team, and even making a visit on site, before making any major decision on mobility solutions. You'll be in good hands!

Jason at Advanced Wheels was unbelievable helpful, patient and understanding. He answered my seemingly never-ending stream of questions to figure out the best solution. There is no way that I could have completed this project without his help. The installation was excellent and efficient. Most importantly, my mom LOVES the end result. She feels independent again riding around in her own car!

I’m posting this on behalf of my friends the Palmieri’s, who had their car converted to hand controls. They were absolutely thrilled with the service they received from Jason. He was knowledgeable, answered all their questions, and reviewed everything with the Palmieri’s before they left with their vehicle. I recently had a new left footed accelerator installed in my new vehicle. I had not realized when I purchased my Nissan Ariya an EV how much of an issue this would become. I am not sure how many venders and installers I called, but most said that they didn't have an electric unit, or they didn't have any unit at all that would work on my vehicle. Thankfully I called Advanced Wheels. They not only had the solution, but the ability to install it in my vehicle. I stopped before my appointment just to look at the pedal, and show them where if possible I would like to have it mounted. Jason was great, came out and showed me where he was pretty sure that they could put it, gave me a great time frame and left me feeling very secure that they would be able to create a mount for the device (no floor mount on my EV) and do the wiring which came along with the new electric pedal.They did such a great job fabricating the mount for the pedal that you though the car came that way. The pedal works flawlessly and has made my driving experience with this vehicle fantastic. The folks here were patience and answered all my questions, took me out on a test drive to make sure I could work things properly and it was fantastic. I am not sure if I am more impressed with the device, or the people who made it happen. I know that in the future they will get all my business and you can't find better people to work with. The sale guy ( Sam) was very rude and disrespectful. I ask a price on a wheelchair SUV and he just told me and he hung up the phone on me and the way he spoke with me was that I ask him to borrow me some money.

I live in PA and despite living out of state, Jason Gomez helped me choose the best vehicle for myself by consulting over the phone. He even assisted in my purchasing approach despite going through a closer conversion company. He did this because it just didn't make sense to buy in CT when it would be hard to have it serviced there. A class act!
