I had been a customer for years but after tonight that’s it. I pulled up to the pharmacy at 8 o’clock, which was the very earliest I could get there because by the time my prescription was actually ready I was too far away to get there any earlier —the pharmacy drive-through had just closed, so I went inside and explained that my son had an infection and my my prescription had just gotten filled… so this was the earliest I could’ve gotten there! The man at the counter Didn’t have any resources or solutions for me to get or transfer my prescription— and while I’m talking to him, the pharmacist literally walks right by us, says nothing and completely ignored my dilemma. I will not be sending my prescriptions to Walgreens anymore, we do not live in a 3rd world country to not be able to get medications—have a heart and train your employees how to offer solutions for when The pharmacy has closed and there’s an emergency!

Not friendly at the checkout. When you say thank you to someone, they should say something back. No problem is better than being ignored.

You guys need to change your online hours. According to Google walgreens on silver lane close at 9pm on Saturday! But Shows that there open till 11pm! Update please

This pharmacy is the world's worst pharmacy. I went to pick up my prescription that the doctor sent two weeks ago I went three times all three times they said they were still working on it..the fourth time I went they gave me only one of the prescriptions and not all of them. Im changing my pharmacy I can't even tell you how many times they have done this to me...I have no idea why I haven't changed pharmacy sooner. It is so frustrating and really ruining my life because I rely on these prescriptions.

It now takes a minimum of two attempts to pick up a prescription. They will no longer fill the order if you don't have insurance until you physically show up to get it. After the pharmacy being unexpectedly closed several times, waiting in line for 30 minutes and finally getting someone, you're told to wait while they fill it. I've gone through my entire 34 years on this planet without having issues picking up a prescription until now. It's not worth the hassle in coming here anymore.

Worse pharmacy ever… had my much needed prescriptions called in yesterday August 25. So to be filled on the 26. I called for status update and was told they were out and won’t have it till next wk. WHY WAS I NOT NOTIFIED YESTERDAY!!! I’ve been on these meds for over 20yrs. If they notified me yesterday I would of had time to call my dr and have him call a different pharmacy. Now I’m without my meds for 4-5 days. Ppl can die when stopping these meds. The lady on the phone had not a care in the world. This store should be closed! Or hire ppl that actually care.

I've had so many issues just refilling my prescription that has been the same for many years. They even refilled it with the wrong amount. Had I not noticed I would have been out half of my meds. The person behind the glass acted as if she couldn't do anything about it. Finally suggested that I cancel it and put in back in again. Horrible customer service. The latest round of issues was that my prescription all of a sudden would have to be filled at a specialty pharmacy. Needless to say I'm switching. These meds are essential to my life. Customer service has continued to go down hill. Unconcerned staff and not knowledgeable.

This is the worst pharmacy I've had the displeasure of going to. Over half a dozen times I've filled a prescription online with them, been told it was being filled and then just had it disappear without an email, call, or text. When In talk to the pharmacy every time they claim ignorance. Either they're incompetent or their computer system is - either way, 1 star.

After a problem with thier system, finally i'm able to refill my perscriptions after 8 days. So I ask can you change the refil date because I missed out on my script and had to take backup meds. She responds no it's from the fill date and one of them was only filled for half the month. I ask why. She says she doesn't know and can't tell me because I already paid for them. After a little back and forth she says I can return them and then she can see. She reports she now can fill them for the whole month but It'll be 20 minutes. They were just going to short me half a month of my meds. This is the worst experience I've ever had a pharmacy. The tech that checked me out was nice enough but the other was very rude on the phone, said she couldn't help me and to contact my insurance. There was no problem with my insurance, everything was fine. This walgreens shorted me on my meds. I decided to try this one out vs the walgreens on connecticut blvd. Horrible, stressful situation. These meds are life and death for me and they were caulous and unhelpful. Stay away, I switching to CVS.

Zero score, not even a One Star!!!!! Over 20 years with this Silver Lane Walgreens and I no longer go here since incident! Wednesday Feb. 9th, 2022 the following was experienced: Poor customer service, I was told to call my doctor to call in prescriptions again because of confusion with where they (Manchester Walgreens near Manchester Hospital) were sent to be filled but they said that the one on Silver Lane was initially sent the prescriptions so they couldn't fill my order. Then back at the Silver Lane Walgreens store (by phone) I was told the prescriptions were not available anyway but it would come in by Monday. Note: I needed pain medication and medicine for infection. Later on that morning I looked at my email and one of my medications was ready. Couldn't believe it because of what they had told me earlier & I hadn't even call my doctor to reorder. So it was picked up. Then later in the day around 3 pm another email came through with the other med. which was ready. I went to pick it up at the drive thru window and after 10 minutes got no service and left. That's with ringing for service and it took time for them to even answer and said someone would be there in a minute. No other customers were around inside needing service. I left with out prescription. Went to CVS and got my needs met in less than five minutes when they were very busy. I can now see that I'm not the only one that has changed pharmacies. Today (Sunday) I received another email from Walgreens that they couldn't fill my prescription because it was too soon. Makes no sense because I never reordered. Who knows what is going on at that store but it's one that district manager needs to look into and address.
