More employees need to be put in the pharmacy, it is always busy, and besides the employees do their best, it is not enough and people have to wait a lot of time. The management and upper lever need to do something about this.

If I could rate this negative 5 ? s I would. We have been trying to get a prescription from here for 4 days. First try, pharmacy closed. 2nd try longest line ever, customer smelled so bad of weed I had to leave. 3rd try pharmacy closed. Today, I get there and the prescription is not ready doc called it in 3 days ago. Then to find out it cost 115$. They didn't even ask for any of my insurance info. They also didn't ask if I wanted a cheaper version. Needless to say that I will never go back here

I've been going to this Walgreens for over 15 years. Back when it was down the street in the plaza.This Walgreens it's self is great! Love the staff the store is always clean 5 out of 5 stars. Unfortunately the pharmacy has been on a decline for a couple years. I've convinced at least a dozen people to switch to stop n shops pharmacy, 2 just tonight. They've all had it as well. I gave a friend a ride to pick up their prescription and the pharmacy staff once again has failed another customer. We were told the prescription would be ready in 15 mins (@637) threw the drive threw. So at 650 we get back in line (2 cars in front of us) 10 mins later the 1st customer drive away looking upset then the customer in front of us drives up and the staff closes the window and completely ignores the poor lady in front of us. I go in an explain what happened to the pharmacy manager and she say I should have waited inside.... Shouldn't that have been addressed when I came to them at first? They shut the pharmacy down so quick they were walking out at 7:01. I had issues every time Ive been there. There's always a problem. Be it poor communication with perscribers or customers, issues with not updating their prescription notifications after being asked a number of times, not having patience with elderly customers and giving them a hard time for simply not understanding. I really miss the gentleman that used to run it. I hope things change because this is a great Walgreens just a terrible pharmacy. I hate to say it but they really do never fail to disappoint.
