I previously reported a complaint regarding the service provided by a pharmacy employee and response by her manager, Michael. A day later I received a call from the store manager, Gianna. She was very professional and attentive to my complaint and concerns. She was empathetic and assured me that she would address the issue.

This weekend, the Pharmacist Manager, Michael, went above and beyond premiere customer service for me. I am from NJ and wound up staying in CT longer than I had planned. Not only did Michael walk me through the process to request an emergency prescription from my doctor, and filled the medication, he worked with my insurance company to cover the cost and he even called me when he found out the store was closing early to assure that I was able to pick up so I would not go without. It is important to me to be able to access my prescriptions wherever I am. Michael's efforts were a shining example of why I have been and will remain a loyal Walgreens Pharmacy patient.

Had a great experience at this Walgreens. Instead of being dingy, messy, and unsightly, the store has gone through a major facelift. Hallelujah. When I checked out , the cashier gave me $5 in loyalty rewards. So cool

This location is not the greatest Wal greens. The selection compared to the other locations is sub standard. Most importantly, the staff is not the friendliest and seem as if they don’t have time to assist you. Moreover, there is a security guard there whom follows you around the store, most imposingly. He is loaded with gear and a gun. He also B wears the deepest scowl, which I’m guessing is to intimidate would-be shoplifters from doing there deed. However, the only thing it accomplished is to make me not want to come back here ever again. ✌?

Got a COVID test at this site. They never sent me the results. I tried calling, on hold for 20mins and never got through. Would not recommend this location.

This location is exceptional they have everything you want and many things are on sale the only disadvantage of this place is that the pharmacy is always busy so make sure you call ahead if you want your medicine there when you arrive
